RAWALPINDI, September 20: Youm-e-Adl (Day of Justice) is being observed on 15 Shaaban-ul Muazzam throughout the country on the occasion of Wiladat Purnoor of Farzand-e-Ali-o-Batool (A.S.) and the last successor of Holy Prophet (SAW), Imam-e-Zamana Hazrat Hujjat Ibnil Hassan Al-Askari (A.S.), on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi with the rise of dawn after doing Amaal the whole night of Shab-e-Baraat (Neema Shaaban) in all small and big cities and towns of the country including Federal Capital Islamabad.\n<\/p>\n

The day will begin with Mahafil-e-Quran Khwani and Amaal Neema Shaaban. Later, the devotees would present their Areezay (written requests) in Bargah-e-Imam Zaman, Hazrat Hujjat Al-Asr (A.S.) through water at rivers, canals and dams.\n<\/p>\n

Poets will present Manqabat at Mahafil-e-Milad and pray gatherings while zakireen will present Qasaid and waizeen, khutaba and ulema will present Imam Mahdi\u0092s (A.S.) greetings to Khanwada-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) besides throwing light on the philosophy of Intizaar-e-Mahdi.\n<\/p>\n

In Federal Capital Islamabad, the main programme on the occasion of Youm-e-Adl will be organised at Rawal Dam where Reception Camps will be installed by TNFJ District Youm-e-Adl Committee and MSO District Islamabad and Mehfil-e-Qaseeda Khwani will also be organised. Different waizeen will address the gathering on this occasion while Qaseeda Khwani will be organised on the bank of Rawal Lake before presenting Areezey to water.\n<\/p>\n

Central Committee Convener M.H. Jafri has demanded from the government to make effective measures to improve the law and order situation in the country on the occasion of Youm-e-Adl and advised the people to remain alert themselves keeping an eye on the enemies of the religion and the motherland.\n<\/p>\n

RAWALPINDI, 17 September: Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to celebrate birth anniversary of Qaim-e-Aal-e-Muhammad, Imam-e-Zamanah Hazrat Hujjat ibnel Hasan Al-Askari (A.S.) on Shaban-ul Moazzam 15 Tuesday as “Youm-e-Adl” (Day of Justice) throughout Pakistan like other global parts.\n<\/p>\n

In a statement issued here on Friday from Tehreek headquarters, Moosavi said justice and equity are not only the basis of Islam rather that Zaat-e-Ilahi to whom we are creatures is the biggest Justice on which this stands witness:\n<\/p>\n

He said whole universe is based on justice, and the sole objective of prophets and messengers had been establishment of justice and equity. Therefore, divine and heavenly books and even world religions i.e. Hinduism, Judaism, Christianity, Zoroasterism and the most favorite religion and shariah Islam have talked about such a messiah and gave tiding of his appearance that on his emergence he will fill the earth with justice and equity when it will be filled with oppression and tyranny.\n<\/p>\n

He said this hadis stands witness that appearance of this personality will be for support of oppressed, have-nots and weak, who deserve to be supported. That personality will turn era of fear into that of peace and tranquilly, everything plus human beings will bow their heads in divine obedience.\n<\/p>\n

This day will be called day of success and victory of right and justice over falsehood and oppression.\n<\/p>\n

Aqa-e-Moosavi said this is the same day when reformer of world of humanity, he who would establish divine government, he who would implement justice and equity, and he who would prove human rights, was born. With his advent justice and fair-play will prevail, face of oppressor will go black, Islam will get success and humanity will become hub of peace.\n<\/p>\n

He appealed to all makatib to express full solidarity with the oppressed world including Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan and Iraq besides strongly condemning blood holy at the hands of colonial powers in these countries and carnage of innocent people on Shaban-ul Moazzam 15 marking the auspicious occasion of “Day of Justice”.\n<\/p>\n

Also, on this occasion, while extending greetings to Khanwada-e-Khatmi Martabat (SAW), it would be reiterated to keep continue struggle of practical promotion of Amer bil Maroof and Nahi Anel Munker, and no hesitation will be showed in saying kalma-e-haq.\n<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Justice Day committee of TNFJ to lay programs of the Day has been formed. M.H.Jafari has been nominated convener while Zulfiqar Ali Raja will be secretary of the committee.\n<\/p>\n

\nBukhari slams media\u0092s biased policy on innocent Muslim victims of terrorism

RAWALPINDI, 16 September: Syed Shujaat Ali Bukhari, Additional Secretary General of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, has said issues of Kashmir and Palestine would have been resolved and Washington-New York incident would had not been occurred if there was coherence in words and deeds of United Nations.\n<\/p>\n

In a statement issued here on Thursday, he said at first Afghanistan was targeted in pretext of 9\/11, and then Iraq was destructed where massacre is continued even this day and holy places are being desecrated.\n<\/p>\n

He said martyrdom of more than 200 laborers in suicide attacks in Kazemia the last day after Baghdad’s Al-Aimmah Bridge tragedy is tragic, but this is regrettable and painful that international taghoot and even media of Muslim countries is biased about innocent Muslim victims of terrorism.\n<\/p>\n

Bukhari said neither any super power expressed condolence on martyrdom of Iraqis, nor their bereaved families were compensated and their wounds were healed. All world organizations including ICC, OIC and Arab League keep double standard.\n<\/p>\n

He said if big powers face even a little loss, gates of Mann-o-Salwa were opened for them. He stressed that groups that accept responsibility of terrorism is a mere fraud, all this is doing of the United States which has many faces. It by getting terrorism committed defames Muslim States in order to create justification for its permanent stay therein.\n<\/p>\n

The TNFJ official said at present whole world is confronted with different crisis; the biggest of these is lack of justice and equity. While terming right the stance of President Pervez Musharraf in his address to UN General Assembly that justice to the people of Kashmir and Palestine is must, he said UN is responsible for non-providence of justice which is playing role of slave girl of the US.\n<\/p>\n

He expressed grave concern that terrorism has become order of the day after Bari Imam Incident that occurred three months back in federal capital Islamabad. Terming incidents of martyrdom of Ayaz Ali Bangash and Ijaz Hussain Jafari in Quetta during the last two days is a chain of heinous conspiracy, he strongly condemned it.\n<\/p>\n

Bukhari said the government and the opposition want to keep continue unrest in the country for their rule and objectives. He warned world rulers that they must keep in mind that oppression has to be eradicated and justice has to prevail.\n<\/p>\n

He said by observing Youm-e-Moazzin-e-Hussainiat on Friday in line with the announcement made by TNFJ, it would be reiterated that condemnation for oppression and oppressor, and support for oppressed and Muslims would be kept continue.\n<\/p>\n

RAWALPINDI, September 15: Conveners have been nominated in all the four provinces including federal capital Islamabad, Azad Kashmir and Northern areas to organize programmes of “Youm-e-Moazzin-e-Hussainiat” the birth anniversary of Hamshakl-e-Payghambar (Likeness of Holy Prophet (SAW)) Shehzada Ali Akbar (A.S.) on Friday 11 Shaban-ul Muazzam in accordance with the announcement made by Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan.\n<\/p>\n

In this connection, a meeting of central committee of TNFJ, presided over by its convener Syed Qasim Al-Hussaini, was held and programmes were given final shape.\n<\/p>\n

According to details, those nominated as conveners and secretaries are: Allama Basharat Hussain Imami, Allama Sadqi (Islamabad), Syed Abu Jafar Naqvi, Allama Abul Hassan Taqi (Punjab), Allama Waqar Hassan Taqvi, Barkat Ali Somro (Sindh), Nisar Ali, Basit Ali Hazara (Baloschistan), Ibrahim Haideri, Zulfiqar Ali Kiyani (Sarhad NWFP) and Khoaja Sagheer Hussain, Jarrar Hussain for (Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas).\n<\/p>\n

Addressing to the meeting, Al-Hussaini said that by getting practical lesson from the war of truth and falsehood in Karbala where family of Ali and Batool (A.S.) wrote great history with their blood for the eminence of Shariah, every conspiracy of enemies of Islam could be thwarted. He said spear in the chest of Handsome Young Shehzada Ali Akbar (A.S.) teaches us the manner to stand firmly in front of falsehood.\n<\/p>\n

He called upon all schools of thought to express their full solidarity with oppressed particularly Kasmiris, Palestinians, Afghans and Iraqis by making their full participation in the birth anniversary programmes of Ismail-e-Karbala, Hamshakl-e-Payghambar (Likeness of Holy Prophet (SAW)) Shehzada Ali Akbar (A.S.).\n<\/p>\n

A resolution adopted in the meeting, demanded the government to make special arrangements for law and order situation on the occasion of Youm-e-Moazzin-e-Hussainiat.\n<\/p>\n

Condemning the oppression of colonial powers and desecration of Holy Places in Iraq, the resolution urged OIC and United Nations to play their role in Iraq for end of the massacre of innocent civilians and restoration of Peace. The resolution reiterated durable peace could not be restored without pulling out allied forces from Iraq.\n<\/p>\n

RAWALPINDI,September 14: Chief of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to observe auspicious birth anniversary of Hamshakl-e-Payghambar (Likeness of Holy Prophet (SAW)) Shehzada Ali Akbar (A.S.) on Friday 11 Shaban-ul Muazzam as “Youm-e-Moazzin-e-Hussainiat” throughout Pakistan like other global parts.\n<\/p>\n

In a statement issued here on Tuesday, Moosavi said the great member of Khanwada-e-Ismat-o-Taharat, grandson of holy Prophet (SAW) and son of Ali and Batool (A.S.), Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) departed Medina Munawwara to confront Batil (evil) when only 50 year after the sad demise of holy Prophet (SAW) the evil raised its head and challenged Haq (truth). On this occasion, his young son Ali Akbar (A.S.) asked his father\n<\/p>\n

“Are we not on truth?”\n<\/p>\n

Hussain (A.S.) replied:\n<\/p>\n

Yes, yes you are on truth”.\n<\/p>\n

On this Ali Akbar (A.S.) said “then we care not because you are grandson of that Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) whose saying goes that we care not either death comes to us or we go to death, we love death more than a child’s love for his mother’s milk”.\n<\/p>\n

He said good and bad, truth and falsehood, justice and oppression have been in confrontation from the very first day, and according to heavenly books this would remain in continuation until truth overcomes evil.\n<\/p>\n

The TNFJ chief said struggle for promotion, elevation and success of truth is blessing while presenting sacrifices of wealth and life is worship and martyrdom. Khanwada-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) not only enjoys status of being the inheritor of all heavenly books rather of prophets and messengers. That is why these personalities always considered protection of truth their own responsibility.\n<\/p>\n

Aqa-i-Moosavi stressed that throughout the universe only Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.) was similar to holy Prophet (SAW) from head to chest and Hussain (A.S.) from chest to toe, while Shehzada Ali Akbar (A.S.) had resemblance with the Prophet of Islam (SAW) in manners, character, gait and speech. Syed-ush Shuhada (A.S.)’s these words stand witness on it:\n<\/p>\n

“O Allah! Be witness on oppression of these people. Now I\u0092m sending that person to the field of Karbala who is resembled with holy Prophet (SAW) in face, manners and speech. Whenever I had desire to see holy Prophet (SAW), I would look at my son Ali Akbar (A.S.).”\n<\/p>\n

It is said when he went to the Karbala battlefield, it became bright with his light of handsomeness, and the gesture of holy Prophet (SAW) came in front of all, but the wretched did not regard for picture of holy Prophet (SAW).\n<\/p>\n

Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi said boldness and bravery of Ali Akbar (A.S.) reminded the enemies of religion and shariah bravery of his grandfather Ali (A.S.). His maternal grandfather Urwa bin Masoud Saqafi was one of four great chiefs of Islam. He was considered likened to Sahib-e-Yasin and Isa ibne Maryam.\n<\/p>\n

Moosavi said Imam Aali Maqam Hussain ibne Ali (A.S.) by sacrificing his whole family and even likeness of holy Prophet (SAW) Hazrat Ali Akbar (A.S.) for Islam told that Shariah and humanity are most dear than everything, and for its protection, defense and honour big to big sacrifice could be given.\n<\/p>\n

He made clear that Hussainiat is commensurate with dignity of Shariah and humanity. He said spirit of martyrdom of Moazzin-e-Hussainiat Ali Akbar (A.S.) was also young, and by following it freedom-seeking youth are busy for freedom of Kashmir and Palestine, liberation of Al-Quds Ash-Sharif and protection of Afghanistan and Iraq from destruction.\n<\/p>\n

He said youth of the nation would have to inculcate spirit of Hazrat Ali Akbar (A.S.) for solution of problems of Islamic world.\n<\/p>\n

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi said mahafil and festive programs will be arranged on the august occasion of “Youm-e-Moazzin-e-Hussainiat” to pay homage to Shehzada Ali Akbar (A.S.) and his family, and also solidarity will be expressed with the oppressed and hatred for the world of oppression and barbarism.\n<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, a central committee of TNFJ has been formed to lay programs of Youm-e-Moazzin-e-Hussainiat. Qasim Al-Hussaini has been nominated its convener while Syed Wajihul Hasan Kazmi as the secretary of this committee.\n<\/p>\n

ISLAMABAD, 13 September: In line with the announcement made by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, birth anniversary of little Mujahid-e-Karbala Hazrat Shehzada Qasim ibne Hasan Al-Mujtaba (A.S.) was observed as “Youm-e-Noshah-e-Karbala” (Day of Karbala Bridegroom) on Monday throughout motherland Pakistan like other global parts with religious devotion, zeal and honour ending programs of “Wila-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) Week”.\n<\/p>\n

Week-long mahafil-e-milad, conferences and seminars were held in all small and big cities, towns and villages in all the four provinces, Azad Kashmir, Northern Areas, federal capital Islamabad and Rawalpindi organized by religious organizations and matmi azadaran. Large number of all makatib-e-fikr attended these programs paying floral tributes in the respected court of Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.).\n<\/p>\n

\n Marking the birth anniversary of Hazrat Shehzada Qasim ibne Hasan (A.S.), mahafil and functions were held at various venues including Jamia Wali-ul Asr, Jamia-tul Murtaza, Taleem-ul Quran Jafariya, Jamia-tul Momineen, Jamia-tul Musheer, Danishgah-e-Jafariya and imambargah Hussaini.\n<\/p>\n

Al-Haj Ghulam Murtaza Chuhan while addressing a mehfil-e-milad at imambargah Zawari Begum said elder and younger all members of Khanwada-e-Risalat (SAW) had devoted themselves for revival of Islam, and embracing death in way of Islam was sweeter than honey in their sight. He said our youths should have to create spirit of Akbar (A.S.) and Qasim (A.S.) to confront conspiracies of enemies of Islam.\n<\/p>\n

Paying rich tributes to Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Syed Hamid Moosavi from announcing to observe birth and martyrdom days of Masumeen (A.S.), he reiterated his resolve that would not hesitate in sacrificing anything on his call for mission of wila and aza.\n<\/p>\n

Zakir Yasir Abbas, Qamar Abbas Naqvi, Syed Arif Hussain and others also addressed the mehfil.\n<\/p>\n

A resolution unanimously adopted on this occasion while severely condemning 9\/11 incident stressed on US President Bush that he must keep in mind that evil could not be wiped out through evil and terrorism could not be eradicated through terrorism. The resolution regretted that colonial chief targeted Afghanistan and Iraq under a well-thought plan; destroyed it; even elder, women, young and children were not left; holy sites were desecrated and killings and massacre is still continued there. The resolution said a few days back Al-Aimmah Bridge Baghdad tragedy is a strong slap to the face of so-called champions of human rights protection. Condemning Baghdad Bridge Tragedy, it said OIC and Arab League strengthened oppression and barbarism by expressing no condolence over it.\n<\/p>\n

The resolution regretted on Katrina Hurricane in US and expressed hearty sympathy with the victims.\n<\/p>\n

By another resolution, the participants urged United Nations and ICC to ensure withdrawal of allied forces from Afghanistan and Iraq in order to restore peace. They made clear that struggle for achievement of rights is not terrorism, rather snatching rights and putting hurdles in its way is the biggest terrorism which is going on in Kashmir and Palestine for more than 50 years. The resolution while expressing concern on Zionists-Hindus-US alliance particularly their nuclear accords stressed on rulers of oppressed nations and Muslim States that Pakistan is their only support which is an Atomic Power, therefore all are duty bound to give strength to Pakistan because it is a thorn in the eye of joint enemy.\n<\/p>\n

The resolution expressed grave concern that about three months have been passed to Bari Imam Tragedy but neither probe commission was set up, nor culprits were arrested, nor the affected people were compensated, which is extremely condemnable. On the other, mostly innocent people are being seized, and the same is continued in Gilgit and Northern Areas. It urged the President and Prime Minister to issue directives for release of innocent people and arrest of perpetrators, and make sure effective implementation of Anti-Terrorism Act.\n<\/p>\n

The gathering, by another resolution made clear that Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) is that great family about whom there goes an authentic saying of holy Prophet (SAW): I am leaving two valuable things i.e. Quran and Ahl-e-Bait (A.S.) among you. Motherland Pakistan is by the grace of them, but electronic, print and internet media are using all their energies that the Family of Ismat and Taharat (infallibility and cleanness) should not be highlighted. The resolution strongly denounced this attitude and demanded from the journalist organizations to take severe notice of this and get this attitude changed.\n<\/p>\n

RAWALPINDI, 12 September: The Birth anniversary of Noshah-e-Karbala (bridegroom of Karbala) Hazrat Qasim ibn-e-Hassan (as) is being observed with religious spirit and respect on 7th Shaban, the concluding day of “Wila-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) Week” in line with the announcement made by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.\n<\/p>\n

On this occasion, Mahafil-e-milad, conferences, festive gatherings and seminars are being held in all big and small cities and towns of the country.\n<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, today Central Wila-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) Week Committee of the TNFJ held its meeting presided over by its convener Malik-e-Ashtar in which programmes were given final shape.\n<\/p>\n

Addressing to the meeting Malik-e-Ashtar said the bravery showed by young Prince Hazrat Qasim Ibn-e-Hassan (as) in the battlefield of Karbala is complete practical model for the world\u0092s youngsters. He stressed that sacrifices given by the family of Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) for the protection and supremacy of Islam are the bright chapter of Islamic History.\n<\/p>\n

He said in Kashmir, Palestine, Iraq and Afghanistan where men, women, old and young are offering their sacrifices; their children are also on the front and presenting their lives by offering tributes to Hazrat Qasim (as). This brave struggle is the result of courage and bravery of Hussaini Army.\n<\/p>\n

In the meeting, on the occasion of death anniversary of Founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinah, Fateha was offered for the high ranks of Quaid and special homage was paid to him on his great services for the formation of Pakistan.\n<\/p>\n

A resolution adopted on this occasion prayed for the martyrs of Jasar ul Aaimah (Al-Aaimah Bridge Baghdad) and for the early recovery of injured. Resolution also expressed full solidarity with the oppressed of Kashmir, Palestine Afghanistan and Iraq. RAWALPINDI, 11 September: Birth anniversary of Hazrat Imam Zain-ul Abideen (A.S.) in connection with “Wila-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) Week” in line with the announcement made by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi was marked throughout Pakistan like other global parts with religious spirit and respect.\n<\/p>\n

Mahafil-e-milad, conferences and seminars were held marking the august occasion.\n<\/p>\n

Addressing a mehfil-e-Zain-ul Abaa, TNFJ Rawalpindi regional council president Allama Abul Hasan Taqi at imambargah Sakhi Shah Pyara Kazmi Al-Mash\u0092hadi said oppression, barbarism and fraud were rife in the life period of Imam Zain-ul Abideen (A.S.); no one was safe of it. Dictators and oppressors utilized all their energies in pushing him back from the path of right but he being chained and bearing the difficulties of imprisonment, not only tore apart the artificial veil of Islam from the faces of oppressors and despots through his great addresses in bazaars of Kufa and Sham, and courts of Yazid and Ibne Ziad, rather shook the palaces of Yazidiat and dictatorship.\n<\/p>\n

He said Imam Zain-ul Abideen (A.S.) protected the blood of martyrs of Karbala. In these circumstances of continued oppression, he presented Sahifa-e-Sajjadia in form of a charter of protection of rights of human beings to save world of humanity and defeat oppression and barbarism. By following this charter, the whole human world could become a hub of peace.\n<\/p>\n

A resolution adopted unanimously on this occasion demanded from the government to make sure implementation of Anti-Terrorism Act for durable peace in the country, and take strict measures to stop activities of banned groups under new names.\n<\/p>\n

The resolution said the government\u0092s crackdown against banned groups is so-called because no banned leader has been arrested yet. On the contrary, outlawed elements are included in political alliances and are being appreciated in the government and opposition circles. Media also gives them full coverage.\n<\/p>\n

By another resolution, the participants strongly condemned colonial oppression on the most sacred soil of Iraq, desecration of holy places and massacre of innocent people, expressing full solidarity with the Iraqis.\n<\/p>\n
