No doubt, those who are Sahib-e-Imaan and who have pious
\ndeeds to their credit, Allah, the Rahman will create
\nlove for them\u0094<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Almighty
\nAllah would inculcate love in the hearts of the people
\nfor those who are pious. A Hadis goes: When Almighty
\nAllah adopts some pious person as His Mehboob, then
\nAllah tells Gabriel (A.S.) that I love so and so person,
\nyou also love him! Thus Gabriel (A.S.) also starts
\nloving that person, then Gabriel (A.S.) spreads the word
\nthat Allah loves that person. Thus all those who live in
\nthe sky (heavens) also start loving that person. Then
\nrecognition and honour has been put for him on earth<\/i> (Sahih
\nBokhari Kitab Al-Adab Baab Al-Maqt Min Allah Ta\u0092alah)<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span>It has been
\nfound out that love and Mawaddat have been termed the
\nfruits of Qurb-e-Illahi. It has been a decent and good
\npractice to be a devotee of pious persons of Rahman and
\nRaheem just because they are the beloved and pious
\npersons of God. Almighty Allah has promised His pious
\npersons that He will create love for them in the hearts
\nof people. Love and devotion is commensurate with heart,
\ninner and spiritual soul and there are some particular
\nmethods being practised by those who are wise to express
\nthose sentiments. But the Muslim Ummah that has the
\nhonour of being the Ummat-e-Wasat has adopted a method
\nthat is commensurate to religion and Shariat because
\nconsidering the marks of Aulia-e-Allah a blessing from
\namongst the marks of servitude is a clear-cut prove of
\nheartily and spiritual love. Then come those holy
\npersonalities whose love and Mawaddat has been termed
\nAjr-e-Risalat by the Creator making their love binding
\nand respect to their marks the foremost. These are the
\npersonalities for whom Almighty Allah says in
\nSurah-e-Shoora:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

\n<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

\u0093Oh
\nRasool, tell them that I do not ask for any Ajr but
\nthose who are close to me should be loved\u0094.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Therefore,
\nit has been said: This ayah was revealed for Qurba of
\nRasool(S.A.W) and they are Ali,Fatima, Hasan and
\nHussain(A.S)(Hawala mushtay az kharwaray
\nshawahid-ut-Tanzeel lil Hakim Al-Hasqani Al-Hanfi, Vol:2
\np:130, Hadith 822) <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n


\n These
\npersonalities are respected and like them are respected
\ntheir marks, graves and mausoleums. Respect and
\nadoration are not pasanism (shirk) but the worship other
\nthan Allah is so. The worship is only for Allah while
\nrespect and adoration is for Sha\u0092air Allah.<\/b><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nAs Almighty Allah says:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

<\/b>\u00a0 <\/span><\/b>The <\/span>respect to Sha\u0092air Allah has been termed a part of
\nTaqwa, and Taqwa is the height of Qurb-e-Illahi.
\nSha\u0092air is plural to Shaeerah, which means mark and
\nsign, therefore, the marks of the religion are termed
\nSha\u0092air Allah that help restore singularity and
\ndistinction of a Muslim. Like Safa and Marwah
\n(hill-tops) are also called Sha\u0092air Allah and Muslims
\nperform Sa\u0092aee in between these two hill-tops, the
\nsacrificial animals are also called Sha\u0092air Allah and
\ntheir respect is termed Taqwa at heart. Another Quranic
\nAayah says:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\u0093One
\nwho will respect the Hurumaat-Allah, there are blessings
\nof Allah for him\u0094.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n


\n<\/b><\/p>\n

That means that
\nrespect of Hurumaat-Allah and Sha\u0092air Allah is Taqawa
\nand the blessing at the same time. Imam Fakharuddin
\nRaazi says that Hurmat means a thing disrespect for
\nwhich is not Halaal and all those things disrespect for
\nwhich is Haraam is Aayah, sign and mark with the marfat
\nof Allah. Therefore, Anbia-e-Karaam (A.S.), Ahle Bait
\nAthaar, pious Sahaba Kubaar are the highest Hurumaat.
\nThe respect of their marks is similarly obligatory as it
\nwas when they were alive. Sahaba-e-Kubaar used to
\nrespect every thing, which had a link with the
\npersonality of the Holy Prophet (SAW). Hazrat Yaqub\u0092s
\neye-sight was restored when he touched the clothes of
\nHazrat Yousaf(A.S) to his eyes. A saying of Hazrat Ali
\nibne Abi Talib (A.S.) goes: \u0093When the
\nPaighambar-e-Akram was buried, Fatima Zahra came near
\nthe holy grave, picked up a handful of earth from the
\ngrave, touched it to her eyes and wept\u0094 (Wafa Al-Wafa:
\nVol 4)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n


\nFatima Zahra used to
\nvisit the holy grave of her uncle Hazrat Hamza every
\nFriday, offer prayers and wept (Mustadrak Hakim: Vol 1)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n


\nIt indicates that giving respect to Sha\u0092air Allah and
\nHurumaat-Allah is actually Taqawa, to rate the values as
\ngreat and to promote and disseminate those pious
\nqualities that were commensurate with Khasaan-e-Khuda.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n


\nMuslims would have been enjoying a great deal in the
\nuniverse if they had followed that practice. The other
\nnations were not only keeping the marks of their elders
\nintact yet they were busy day and night for the survival
\nof their respect and sanctity. But unfortunately, the
\nMuslims the world over could not keep the sanctity and
\nhonour of the holy places, and holy graves intact the
\nbiggest example of which is Jannatul Mualla and Jannatul
\nBaqee (where the Khanwada-e-Risalat, Ahle Bait Athaar,
\nUmmahatul Momineen and Sahaba Kubaar are buried) that
\nwere bulldozed on Shawal 8, 1926 committing the great
\ndesecration which is equal to desecration of Quran and
\nSunnah. These destructed holy graves are posing an open
\nchallenge to the Ghairat-o-Hamiyyat of the Muslims at
\nlarge. The Muslims should keep in mind that if we are
\njustified in seeking independence of the oppressed
\nnations, achievement of Al-Quds, reconstruction of Babri
\nMasjid, restoration of Dargah Hazrat Bal and Shah
\nHamadan then the Muslims at large should get the
\nsanctity of Jannatul Mualla and Jannatul Baqee restored
\nby getting the holy graves therein reconstructed, and
\ndeclare upon the world by synchronising their words and
\ndeeds that Muslims\u0092 inside and outside is same and the
\nissue of Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Mualla does not
\nbelong to any particular Maktab, country or Maslak but
\nit is an issue of the whole Islamic world as well as of
\nHurmat-e-Insaniyyat. The United Nations that boasts to
\nbe the champion of human rights and representative of
\nall worldly nations should initiate some steps in this
\nconnection while the OIC, being the representative body
\nof the Muslims at large, should force the Saudi rulers
\nto reconstruct these holy graves.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n


\nMoreover, we demand
\nfrom the Government of Pakistan to exert diplomatic
\npressure on the Saudi government, under the May 21, 1985
\nJunejo-Moosavi agreement for the reconstruction of the
\nholy graves in Jannatul Mualla and Jannatul Baqee
\nbecause our main objective is Islam, promotion of Islam,
\nand supremacy of the Islamic World.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
