\n RAWALPINDI, August 3: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek
\n Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said international colonial powers were
\n ready to make Islam its revengeful target in the name of Saddam, therefore,
\n representative organisation of the Islamic World, OIC and all Muslim heads
\n of State should wake up otherwise it could be their turn one by one in
\n future. He stated this during his meeting with elite from Lahore who called
\n on him at the head of Allama Mehdi Wahaj Moosavi here on Saturday. He said
\n Palestinians are being destructed for the last half-century and even their
\n innocent children were not being spared, American agents India and Israel

\n and He will not spare any oppressor. He said objective of the Anbia-e-Karaam
\n was to restore justice and root out oppression and brutality. Oppressors, in
\n whatever shape with whatever objective, created hurdles in their way and
\n remained involved in oppression and excesses in one way or the other except
\n the pious persons, he said adding that they create a hue and cry if any
\n excess is committed against them but when they themselves commit any excess
\n they become Nimroud, Shaddad, and Pharaoh. <\/p>\n

\n The TNFJ chief said this is what international colonial powers were doing
\n the biggest indication of which is approval of American defence budget by
\n the Senate main portion of which would be spent in the name of terrorism. He
\n said Imam Khomeini had termed America biggest Satan that has declared war
\n against Muslims in the garb of rooting out terrorism, then it gave many
\n excuses and at last it uttered what it actually desired.<\/p>\n

\n evil. Therefore, he said the powers that be should give priority to norms of
\n justice and fair-play because we keep the integrity and solidarity of the

\n justice. He said when we would put our house in order then we would be able
\n to confront our external enemy with more vigour. He said struggle for
\n independence and achievement of rights is jehad and chief of the colonial

RAWALPINDI, August 1: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has advised the representative organisation of the Islamic World, the OIC to come out of the complex of Arab and Ajam and adopt a combined and courageous strategy in getting the issues faced by the Islamic World resolved. He stated this while talking to representative delegation of TNFJ Provincial Council Sindh that called on him here on Thursday. He said Islamic World was following the policy of mutual understanding on all issues including Kashmir and Palestine but chief of the international colonial powers i.e. America, her Indian and Israeli agents, and Britain keep Hippocratic and expansionist designs which is a big danger for the world of humanity.\n<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said Muslim States should first concentrate on rooting out international anarchy and differences and heads of the Muslim States should pay goodwill visits, like President of Pakistan Gen. \n Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the government is left with 72 days
\n and it should therefore leave the important matters for the next government
\n to resolve and utilise all its energies on holding fair and impartial
\n elections only. He stated this while talking to a representative delegation
\n of TNFJ District Kohat, Bangash Area that called on him at the head of Syed
\n Shabab Hussain Al-Hussaini. He said the powers that be have opened a
\n Pandora\u0092s Box of different issues, ordinances have been issued in plenty,

\n Minister himself met a delegation of Ittehad Tanzeemat Madaras the other day
\n in which some people belonging to banned organisations were also sitting. He

RAWALPINDI, July 30: The spokesman of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan while expressing heartfelt grief over the untoward incident that took place in D-12 Sector of Islamabad on Monday has appealed the Chief Justice to take suo moto notice of the incident so as to restore the confidence of the people. In a statement, issued here on Tuesday, he said the incident is a self-speaking proof of local Administration\u0092s incapability. Demanding action against the local Administration, he said impartial enquiry of the incident.\n<\/p>\n

The spokesman said that Islamabad citizens were already annoyed with the Administration that has failed to control unrest, incidents of theft, dacoity and terrorism and was proving to be unwise by making the dead issues alive. He said brutality whosoever commits it, is condemnable.\n<\/p>\n

The police have proved their stupidity by engaging themselves in firing. If the other side had created any hurdle then a solution to this issue would have been negotiated. \n practical efforts for achievement of right of self determination and freedom
\n as \u0093terrorism and infiltration\u0094 is oppression and injustice.<\/p>\n

Talking to a delegation of Shiite dignitaries at Al-Murtaza, Islamabad on
\n Monday, he said whenever representatives of colonial powers begin visits,
\n different incidents and problems become rife because there is contradiction
\n in their words and deeds. When they are on Middle East trip, exert pressure
\n on Yasser Arafat to halt terrorism, and when travel to South Asia speak to
\n Pakistan for ending infiltration.<\/p>\n

Allama Haideri said that today US secretary of State Colin Powell is saying
\n that Kashmir issue could not be resolved through violence but politics. He
\n questioned Powell that why America didn\u0092t adopt the path of patience and
\n mutual understanding after the drama of Washington and New York incidents?

RAWALPINDI, July 28: Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate, Central Secretary General of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that President Gen. Pervez Musharraf\u0092s statement not to reconcile on the principled stand on Kashmir issue reflects the sentiments of the whole nation. He stated this while talking to cabinet members here at Tehreek headquarters on Sunday. He said diverting from the long-standing principled stand on Kashmir is commensurate with wasting the blood of oppressed people of Kashmir, sabotaging the principled point of view of Founder of the Nation Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah that \u0093Kashmir is the jugular vein of Pakistan\u0094 and sabotaging the United Nations Resolutions on Kashmir issue.\n<\/p>\n

Syed Mazhar Ali Shah supported the European Union leader\u0092s point of view that Pakistan and India should initiate dialogue and elections are not the only solution to Kashmir issue. But, he said Pakistan-India dialogue could only succeed when India recognises Kashmir issue as a conflict because India herself took the Kashmir issue to the United Nations. \n RAWALPINDI, July 26: The Youm-e-Wiladat of Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.)
\n was observed throughout the country including Azad Kashmir and Northern
\n Areas as \u0093Youm-e-Sa\u0092adat\u0094 on the call of Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan,
\n Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Addressing a gathering on this occasion,
\n Agha Moosavi said all occupied areas including Al-Quds Al-Sharif could not
\n be achieved and we could not become successful unless the oppressed nations
\n and Muslim people start taking their own decisions. He said live nations
\n take their own decisions which could only be possible when we get rid of
\n international Taghoot, make OIC effective, achieve right of veto in the
\n United Nations, and summon OIC session to pass a resolution that issue of
\n any country and Maslak from amongst the oppressed and have-nots would be
\n considered an issue of the whole Islamic World and attack as an attack on
\n whole of the Islamic World. As a first step, they will have to get rid of
\n those Muslim rulers who are playing stooge in the hands of international

\n on the topic of \u0093Seerat-e-Sajjad\u0094 were held in mosques and Imambargahs of
\n Rawalpindi and Federal Capital Islamabad. Khutaba delivered their address at
\n Juma congregations in the spirit of Youm-e-Sa\u0092adat and while terming the
\n independence movements of oppressed people of Kashmir and Palestine a
\n blessing was confident that the blood of Shuhada would not go waste and the

\n settled themselves in Pakistan after destructing Afghanistan. The resolution
\n demanded immediate withdrawal of American forces from Pakistan. Yet another

RAWALPINDI, July 25: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the
\n Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the gory massacre of
\n innocent Palestinian kids is a slap in the face of international
\n organisations that cry hoarse of human rights but were keeping quiet
\n despite brutalities passing its heights. He stated this in a special
\n message issued on the occasion of Youm-e-Wiladat of Hazrat Imam Zainul
\n Abideen (A.S.) that is being observed throughout the country as
\n \u0093Youm-e-Sa\u0092adat\u0094 on Friday. He said Hazrat Ali bin Hussain (A.S.) is the
\n great trained personality of Maktab-e-Ilhaam and Wahi who preached how
\n to raise Kalma-e-Haq before tyrant rulers even in complex situations. <\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said all types of evil could be rooted out if the whole
\n world of humanity follow the seerat and character of Beemar-e-Karbala (A.S.)
\n and give the right to whom it should be given. He said chief of the
\n international Taghoot i.e. America would not have any courage to carry
\n out aggression against oppressed nations, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Sudan;
\n would not have termed Islamic Republic of Iran and some other States
\n \u0093axis of evil\u0094; India and Israel would not have made the life of
\n Kashmiris and Palestinians difficult on the behest of America; and there
\n would have no need for the oppressed nations and Muslim States to demand
\n independence of Kashmir and Palestine, had the United Nations, OIC, Arab
\n League and over a dozen other such organisations followed the course of
\n justice. <\/p>\n

The TNFJ chief blamed the United Nations, Security Council, OIC and
\n Arab League for the present situation as they were looking forward
\n towards international colonial powers for their solution instead of
\n bowing down before the Bait Allah because they have no Iman. He said
\n enforcement of human rights lay in adopting piousness and fulfilling the
\n norms of justice and fair-play because piousness is not only the
\n foundation of religion but also a standard of human superiority.<\/p>\n

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah
\n Moosavi said a pious person is the one who is laced with good habits and
\n lacks evil qualities. He said piousness touched new heights owing to
\n Imam Zain Al-Aba (A.S.). <\/p>\n
