\n RAWALPINDI, July 3: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek
\n Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said holding elections is a prerequisite
\n for restoration and promotion of democracy. He stated this while talking to
\n office-bearers of TNFJ District Council Islamabad who called on him at the
\n head of Allama Basharat Hussain Imami. He said the Supreme Court had given
\n three years time to the present government to hold elections and President
\n of Pakistan has already announced the election schedule keeping to his
\n promise, government\u0092s constitutional package has also been issued about
\n which our point of view is that this job should be left to the future
\n Parliament and the government should fulfil all its duties under the
\n consensus 1973 Constitution.<\/p>\n

\n Agha Moosavi said alliances formed without thoughtfulness and ideological
\n coherence and brotherhood would prove wall of the sand. He said we had been
\n demanding right from the beginning that taking part in elections on
\n sectarian and lingual basis is not a correct step therefore the
\n representative organisation of Maktab-e-Tashih Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya,
\n Pakistan is laying down a political platform to play its role in active
\n politics of the country because, he added we could not leave the vote bank
\n of 65 million Ahle Tashih unattended. In this connection, he said Chairman
\n of the TNFJ Political Cell, S.A. Bokhari would announce his line of action
\n for elections. He directed the TNFJ District Council Islamabad President
\n Allama Basharat Hussain Imami to prepare election strategy for Islamabad\u0092s
\n oncoming Local Government elections.\n <\/p>\n

\n special attention should must be given towards restoration of peace to
\n ensure holding of elections and the government should implement the

\n nominated conveners in all the four provinces to organise programmes for
\n \u0093Youm-e-Tarheem\u0094 being organised throughout the country on July 5 in
\n accordance with the announcement made by Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi,
\n chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan.
\n According to Shafqat Ali Turabi, Secretary of the Committee those nominated
\n as conveners are: Zamir Javed Khan (Punjab), Muhammad Siraj Bangash (Sarhad),
\n Mehdi Askari Hazarvi (Balochistan), Ahmed Barkaat (Sindh Urban), Najam Ali

\n Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said the issuance of
\n Anti-Terrorism Ordinance was a heroic deed of the government but it could
\n not be implemented completely whatever its reason was, and due to which the
\n country is a target of terrorism even today.<\/p>\n

He made his remarks addressing the office-bearers of Tanzim Shia Aaimmah
\n Masajid, district Rawalpindi, headed by Allama Sayed Taqi An-Naqavi, Imam
\n Juma wal Jama\u0092at Masjid Kazmia Chuhr Harpal.<\/p>\n

Condemning the last day murder of Shia leader Aqeel Haider Naqvi in
\n Multan, Agha Moosavi said that our combined enemy has made preparations to
\n harm Pakistan creating unrest among people and destabilizing Pakistan
\n through internal dissention, killings, rapacity and blasts in order to

\n adopted bias behavior towards Millat e Jafariya Pakistan, and displaying
\n non-cooperation in connection with publishing the news, are proving that
\n these are not national but spokesman of some specific school of thought.
\n Even though Ahle Tashayyo are not only first class citizens but also have an
\n equal contribution in country\u0092s formation and make-up, he added.<\/p>\n

TNFJ chief advised the scholars to be patience. Media is the fourth
\n pillar of a state and electronic media is in government\u0092s hand while print
\n media is free. Therefore it should give coverage to all on equal basis
\n fulfilling the demands of justice, Moosavi said.<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi stressed that we are following the policy of forgiveness,
\n patience and forbearance, which is key to expansion. We have to prove
\n through our character that all schools of thought are hand in glove with
\n each other, and all will cut the raising hand towards Pakistan off together

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – JUNE 27: Chief of Tehreek Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that president’s announcement of election schedule in accordance to his words is sound likewise some points in constitutional package are right, but first general elections be caused hold according to the agreed constitution of 73 and the issue of amendments be left for the coming Parliament.<\/p>\n

He made his remarks while expressing his reaction over the proposed package of constitutional amendments.<\/p>\n

He lamented that during summits and meetings Palestine and Kashmir are considered the problems of whole Islamic world and their solution in line with the UN resolutions is also urged but these member states of OIC change their policy when they go to the world bodies. TNFJ chief said 57 Muslim states are a great power and if they get united putting aside momalik and masalik, and prefer the interests of just Islam and Islamic world then the continuous Israeli and Indian aggression against Palestinians and Kashmiris could be ended.<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said Pakistan is citadel of Islam and it possesses the honour of being an ‘Atomic Power’ in accordance with defensive policy. So OIC should work under the leadership of Pakistan because it was formed in the name of Islam and is a great encouragement for all Muslim states, he added.<\/p>\n

He said our combined enemy wants to create dissention in Islamic world so that any state and faith could not come close to each other. Pakistan is caught by ever-new problems despite its participation in International Coalition.<\/p>\n

\n RAWALPINDI, June 25: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that Karbala is the centre of Kashmir and Palestine freedom struggles, and the freedom fighters are following the path of Hussainiyyat. He stated this in a special message issued on the occasion of “Youm Saara-tul-Hussain” that is being observed throughout the country with devotion and fervour on Wednesday. He said colonial powers who cry hoarse of human rights desire to snub the struggle of Kashmir and Palestinian Mujahideen wiping them out to pave way for India and Israel. Both these States have been given an open hand to massacre Kashmiris and Palestinians and were not pressing for bringing new leadership in Palestine as a condition for independence. He asked who has given colonial powers right to interfere in the affairs of other States? Would colonial powers approve imposition of a ruler in America of the choice of other States? He said people of any country enjoy the right to choose leadership of their own choice.\n <\/p>\n

\n Agha Moosavi said the United Nations was following the policy of duplicity and slave of super powers, OIC is keeping a criminal silence and had they a bit of honour they should exert pressure for clear-cut implementation of United Nations Resolutions for solution of Kashmir and Palestine issues in the OIC Foreign Minister Conference scheduled to be held in Khartoum without any reservation. He also called upon the OIC States to express complete solidarity with Kashmiri and Palestinian Mujahideen and should not establish relations with Israel and India in true sense unless Palestine and Kashmir issues are resolved keeping to the desire of respective people. He said colonial powers do not want to resolve these issues terming the same a danger for themselves despite the fact on the contrary that the world would turn into a hub of peace and terrorism would be rooted out if these issues are resolved amicably.\n <\/p>\n

\n The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said “Youm Saara-tul-Hussain” is the day of giving honour and paying homage to those who struggled for supremacy of humanity, supported the oppressed, achieved rights for humanity, defended religion and Shariat adopting defensive strategy. He said Amir Mukhtar (R.A.) confronted the terrorists of his era following the path of Imam Mazloom (A.S.) and his sincere companions who sacrificed their life in Karbala for achieving pious objectives and goals. He said the “Qayam” of Hazrat Mukhtar Saqafi (R.A.) was aimed at providing stable and real basis to the struggle for independence. As a result Hussainiyyat would dominate till eternity, Parcham-e-Shariat would flutter from east to west and north to south at last because a Tehreek that would be based on keeping faith in Allah, would not result in riot on earth and it would definitely succeed. He said there is a saying of the Holy Prophet (SAW): “A Mujahid who carries out jehad for supremacy of Kalama-tul-Allah in way of Allah, its biggest sign is that Taghoot remains afraid of him in every era”. Agha Moosavi reiterated his resolve to give priority to death with honour over life in humiliation raising the slogan of “Labbaik, Ya Hussain
