ISLAMABAD, July 16:The Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Head of Tehreek e Nifaz \u200ee Fiqah Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that by releasing proscribed organizations, \u200ethe path from FATF\u0092s grey list to its black list is being set. Those who preferred power over values have \u200etransformed democracy into a joke. The root cause of the new wave of terrorism exists in the inaction \u200eon the National Action Plan. Alliance of Pakistan, Russia, China and Iran against the menace of \u200eterrorism is a good omen. The enemies of Pakistan are being strengthened by spreading the \u200eimpression of confrontation among state institutions. In accordance with the evil agenda, all efforts \u200eare being put to make Balochistan another Bangladesh. Contradictory policies of the institutions will \u200eonly generate new problems in the future. All institutions must perform under their constitutional \u200eboundaries to thwart conspiracies of the enemies as otherwise, the nation as well as the history will \u200enever forgive them. ISLAMABAD, July 11: The Patron-in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulema Board and chief of \u200eTehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced the \u200eelection policy for the oncoming general elections at a crowded Press conference, at \u200eheadquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo, Wednesday. \u200e<\/p>\n

Answering different questions, he said we consider taking part in practical \u200eelectoral politics on the basis of sect, Maslak and provincialism fatal for the nation and \u200ethe country. He lamented that every institutions desires to make the Constitution \u200esubservient to it and it is the root cause of problems faced by the country. He said the \u200ePeshawar incident has taken place owing to inaction on the National Action Plan. He \u200easked who has given the authority to the caretaker government to forgive the murderers \u200eof 75,000 persons? He said that Allah, Rasool (SAAW), Ahle Bait (A.S.), Sahaba (R.A.) \u200eand Quran should not be used in political interest. He advised the political parties to \u200eparticipate in elections on the basis of service to the nation and their manifesto. He vowed \u200eto support the oppressed and not to side with any oppressor. He advised the judges \u200esitting on the chair of justice to follow the Rasool Allah\u0092s (SAAW) appointed Chief \u200eJustice Ali IbneAbiTalib (A.S.) in providing justice.\u200e<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi while announcing a 16-point charter of demand advised the \u200eMaktab-e-Tashih to support those parties that fulfill these conditions and demands. \u200e<\/p>\n

The demands are: We do not want to impose our belief on anyone or any other \u200ebeliefs will be allowed to be imposed on us, so Fiqh-e-Jafariya should be enforced for \u200eShias in Pakistan; Maktab-e-Tashih should be given ideological representation in all state \u200einstitutions, Islamic Ideology Council, Ulema Board, Ruet-e-Hilal Committee, formed for \u200eIslamisation. Blue-eyed persons and those who are given representation under \u200ebargaining have no right to be called representatives of the Maktab-e-Tashih; Separate \u200ecurriculum for Shia students (boys and girls) should be introduced in educational \u200einstitutions; Establish Shia Faculty in all Islamic universities, giving opportunities to the \u200ecitizens of Pakistan by providing same and unusual opportunities on the jurisprudence \u200eof Jafaria, like other jurisprudence, providing opportunity to benefit from the fruits of \u200eteachings from the Maktab-e-Imam JafarSadiq (A.S.); The appointment of Shia judges \u200ein the Federal Sharia Court and an effective representation of Shias in higher courts; \u200eFiqh-e-Jafariya may be given representation in state media on the basis of equality; \u200eSeparate Shia Auqaf Board should be established. The Maktab-e-Tashih is faced with \u200edeprivation here. For example, the affairs of the shrine of Sultan-ul-FuqaraHazrat Bari \u200eImam Kazmi Al-Moosavi (R.A.), who had predicted the setting up of Islamabad \u200ecenturies ago, are handed over to such persons who had no connection with this shrine \u200eever. Shrine\u0092s Loh has been changed keeping bias during the recent renovation of the \u200eshrine while other holy articles that used to prove Bari Imam\u0092s (R.A.) attachment with \u200ethe MaktabAhle Bait have been hidden. For God sake, such steps should not be taken as \u200enone of the Shias or Sunnis monopolise the love with Ahle Bait (A.S.) and they all love \u200ethem. Therefore the symbols and the old Loh that had been removed or hidden from the \u200eshrine of Hazrat Bari Imam (R.A.) should be restored. In 2005, I was tried to be made \u200etarget in a suicide attack on the Darbar of Hazrat Bari Imam (R.A.) on the occasion of \u200eannual Pursadari in which two dozens of mourners kissed Shahadat. Therefore, in the tribal areas, obstacles should not \u200ebe created in holding Azadari in new populations. In some areas, retaliatory restrictions \u200eare imposed on Ulema, Zakireen and Waizeen that create problems in Azadari. In this \u200econnection, all parties should announce their commitment to provide facilities because \u200eHussain (A.S.) belongs to all and Hussain (A.S.) belongs to Allah; The people of Pakistan \u200epresented sacrifice of 75,000 lives in their struggle against terrorism. After the APS \u200eincident, the voice of the entire nation resulted in creation of the National Action Plan. \u200eThe commitment to remove the causes of terrorism and stop the activities of the banned \u200egroups was transformed into a 20-point plan but it is unfortunate that the banned \u200eparties are participating in elections openly, are making alliance with different parties \u200eand the Election Commission is silent over it. The caretaker government has crossed all \u200elimits by removing the banned parties from the Schedule-4. Giving relaxation to the \u200ebanned parties is tantamount to treachery with the blood of the martyrs. Therefore we \u200edemand that implementation of all provisions of the National Action Plan should be \u200ecarried out without any discrimination; TehreekNafazFiqh-e-Jafariya is the only \u200eorganisation that has never been banned nor it is so at present, but many of our innocent \u200eworkers have been included in Schedule-4 just to fill in the blank. We should be given \u200eassurance that our innocent workers would be freed of such uncalled for restrictions; \u200eand Today, everybody is raising the slogan of accountability, everyone talks about the \u200eaccountability of politicians but no one raises voice against those who earn billions and \u200etrillions by working for foreign countries in the name of religion. Those who had not \u200eenough clothes to wear and no transport to move have immense amount of properties \u200etoday. We reiterate our long-standing demand to ban the external aid of religious parties \u200eand religious parties should also be made accountable along with all politicians and \u200erulers. TehreekNafazFiqh-e-Jafariya offers itself for accountability ahead of them all.\u200e
\nConcluding his Press conference, he prayed Allah Almighty to make the election results a \u200emilestone for Pakistan\u0092s progress, development, stability and welfare, and give the nation \u200ecourage to make right decision to make their future secure. H also thanked to all the \u200ejournalists for furthering the task of Holy Prophet (SAAW) and prayed for their \u200esecurity and welfare.\u200e<\/p>\n

ISLAMABAD, June 26: Declaring the situation of the Middle East as extremely inappropriate for the \u200eMuslim world, the Patron in-Chief of Supreme Shia Ulama Board and Head of Tehreek e Nifaz e Fiqah \u200eJafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has stated that the recent Israeli air attack on Syria was \u200elaunched in accordance with the evil wishes of the Trump. He further stated that it is important to note \u200ethat even Russia is not concerned about the attacks on Syria. Policies of the Islamic organizations such \u200eas OIC or Arab League have further weakened the Muslim world. Muslim rulers are still engaged in \u200epower struggle as always and none of them are concerned about the safety and interests of Muslims. \u200eOur eternal enemy is consistently posing threat to Pakistan\u0092s sovereignty. Moodi has not spared any \u200eforum or opportunity to defame Pakistan and isolate it by getting it declared as a terrorist state. Agha Moosavi said that Pakistan\u0092s foreign policy is faced with the \u200eproblems since long. Pakistan is faced with internal and external enemies while extremism and \u200eterrorism are our biggest challenges. We are so backward that we are left with no other friend except \u200eChina. The biggest problem is lack of political maturity in Pakistani politicians and therefore, expecting \u200eany good from them is useless. Countries that were founded even after Pakistan, have become \u200eeconomic super powers but we are still stuck. Therefore, all patriotic politicians must join hands to \u200eformulate a strong foreign policy or otherwise stay ready for further hurdles. \u200e<\/p>\n

Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that the Islamic world has been a victim of conspiracies since \u200eday one. Terrorists were created to disintegrate Muslim Ummah and work to pave way for the \u200eintervention of colonial powers in Muslim countries. Trump has been the first one to openly associate \u200eterrorism with Islam. Allah made respect of these memorials obligatory by declaring \u200ethese as Sha\u0092air Allah in Quran, he said and added that respect not only to Allah but to \u200ethe signs of Allah are also declared Taqwa of hearts.\u200e<\/p>\n

He said the memorial of Hazrat Ibrahim\u0092s (A.S.) son Ismail (A.S.) is Sha\u0092air Allah \u200ethen why the memorials of offspring of Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (SAAW) are not \u200eSha\u0092air Allah. Here not only the lamb that was sacrificed in place of Ismail (A.S.) is \u200eSha\u0092air Allah rather all sacrificial animals coming till the D-Day as Shabihs are declared \u200erespectable becoming Sha\u0092air Allah, he added. For that very reason whereas we respect \u200ethe Shabih of sacrificial animal of Hazrat Ismail (A.S.) similarly we consider the respect \u200eof Asp-e-Bawafa Zuljinah of Fakhar-e-Ismail Nawasa-e-Rasool Imam Hussain (A.S.) \u200erespectable, he added.\u200e<\/p>\n

Agha Moosavi said the Roza-e-Rasool (SAAW) is the part of world\u0092s second \u200elargest Masjid-e-Nabavi which is proof that construction of shrines is legal. He said the \u200edestruction of Islamic symbols including Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Moallah carries a \u200ecomplete story of Ibleesi conspiracies against the Message of Islam, discrimination of \u200eMuslims, heinous role of international powers, hypocrisy on the part of organisations set \u200eup for international peace, and promotion of violence and extremism that is shaking the \u200efollowers of oneness of God. Despite unveiling the conspiracies of the others, if the \u200efaithfuls did not fulfill their responsibilities and did not stop the destruction of holy \u200eplaces and take steps for their restoration, then the day is not far when even right to live \u200eon this soil will be snatched from them, he added.\u200e<\/p>\n

The protest rally among others was led by Ulema Karam belonging to different \u200eschools of thought, office-bearers of TNFJ and other subordinate bodies, provincial, \u200eregional and district elite, leaders and Matmi Salars of religious organizations. Not only Shias or Sunnis but entire \u200eIslam and Pakistan have been hit by terrorism. National Action Plan is also an image of TNFJ\u0092s eight \u200ehundred paged Moosavi Peace Formula that was presented in the Supreme Court of Pakistan during \u200e\u200e1997.
