ISLAMABAD, July 20: The chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said Pakistans announcement not to send her forces to Iraq and not to recognize Israel is a good step while confession of guilt by Bush and Blair is worst than a sin. He stated this while talking to the office-bearers of MFP Federal Area Islamabad who called on him at the head of their commander Syed Nazakat Hussain Kazmi here on Sunday. He said providing any cooperation and help after Bush and Blair declared wicked personalities by the American and British people, is like conniving with the oppressor. He said the utterance of Bush and Tony Blair rejecting criticism about decision to attack Iraq that we accept this responsibility is a lesson and time of concern ! Agha Moosavi said the 9/11 incidence was actually a tool to destruct Muslim States, destruct their territory and seize their resources. He said American design to harass Muslim States in the garb of rooting out terrorism is an open secret. He said the whole world of humanity in general, and the Muslim and oppressed people in particular, were confronted with heinous conspiracies of colonial powers and their agents. In these circumstances, he said, the OIC should gather courage to summon its emergent session and make it clear that dialogue with India should be rejected unless Kashmiris right to self-determination is accepted. He said by not recognizing Israel and not sending troops to Iraq, it should be proved that Muslims neither bowed down to oppression before, nor they are going to do so in future. The TNFJ chief said that it should be made clear to the United Nations that she should get Palestine and Kashmir issues resolved in the light of United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desire of the respective people, help pull out American forces from Iraq and make arrangements for Iraqi people to decide their fate themselves otherwise the world would rightly understand that the United Nations is colonial agent and is working for them. He advised the Muslim rulers to exercise wisdom and seriousness putting their faith in Allah because whether it is Afghanistan, Iraq, Kashmir, Palestine, Iran and Syria or nuclear capability of Pakistan, colonial powers are after them all for which conspiracies are being hatched and the Muslim World is being punished just being Muslim by faith. He said Islam is a great system of human life that puts up proposals for achieving success in every department of life. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said justice and fair-play provide basis for Islam in which there is no discrimination rather it considers excess with anyone as a crime and oppression. That is why, he said, Islam neither committed aggression nor allowed anyone to do so. He said the Holy Prophets (SAW) life span spread over 63 years stands witness to non-aggression on the part of Islam. He said the Holy Prophet (SAW) participated in 27 Ghazwaat (wars) and 35 war concentrations but always adopted defensive strategy and never allowed any oppression or brutality on any occasion. He said he ruled over an area spread over one million square miles but he did not boast rather expressed good morality that was duly recognized even by enemies. He said we would have to prove through our character and deeds that every Muslim is a preacher of peace and is against oppression and terrorism and keeps his right reserved for adopting a joint strategy to tackle the conspiracies of colonial powers. Commander Syed Nazakat Hussain Shah while praising the policy of Agha Moosavi said they are ready to sacrifice every thing for their love for the motherland and for defense of their faith, belief and motherland. He said every jawan of the Mukhtar Force desires to honour the commandment of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya in achieving national targets and for fulfillment of the mission of Wila and Aza. END
RAWALPINDI, July 19: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that negation of principled stand on Kashmir would be treachery with the Quaid-i-Azams principles and the sacrifices of Kashmiris spread over more than 55 years. He stated this while talking to a representative delegation of Kashmir Council TNFJ that called on him at Tehreek headquarters here on Saturday. He said it has become crystal clear that non-solution of Kashmir issue is the biggest hurdle in way of restoration of peace in this region. He said Nehru himself took the Kashmir issue to the United Nations where various Resolutions were adopted to this effect saying that plebiscite is the only solution to Kashmir issue but Banya never bargains a loss and he carried out aggression against Pakistan three times so as to sabotage the Two-Nation Theory and to divert Kashmiris from their stand, while Pakistan lost one half of the country in the process. Agha Moosavi said forces opposed to creation of Pakistan had joined that heinous conspiracy and today those forces are trying to press hard to adopt the Third Option while Resolution to annex Kashmir with Pakistan was adopted in Srinagar on July 19, 1947 and the whole world is aware of that. He said Quaid-i-Azam had declared Kashmir jugular vein of Pakistan while India, despite adoption of United Nations Resolution, started crying hoarse of Akhand Bharat and was utilizing all her energies to divert us from our principled stand. He said at present the dialogue offer is being made while more than 90,000 Kashmiris have sacrificed their life during the last 14 years. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said India staged the drama of holding elections in Held Kashmir many a time to give legal cover to her aggressive designs but the world have seen that Kashmiris have always given a cold response to such efforts and wrote a new history of sacrifices every time. He said if the world is desirous of peace in this region then they should know that the dream of restoring peace in South Asia could not come true unless Kashmir issue is resolved in the light of United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desire of Kashmiri people. He said in these circumstances when the colonial powers had taken control of some States and their Hippocratic attitudes remained no more a secret, the United Nations is under the obligation to get her Resolutions implemented and arrange plebiscite in Held Kashmir. QUETTA, Pakistan: A delegation comprised of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistans central and provincial office-bearers headed by TNFJ Central Deputy Secretary-General Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi called on Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Muhammad Yousuf at Chief Minister Secretariat on Thursday. The delegation informed him of the situation created by Quetta incident as well as unrest within the ranks of Millat-e-Jafariya besides demanding effective implementation of Presidential Anti-Terrorism Ordinance for extirpation of terrorism. The Chief Minister assured the delegation that the government will fulfill its responsibilities for protection of peoples life and wealth, and culprits of the incident will be dealt with an iron hand.

RAWALPINDI, July 18: Majalis-e-Taraheem, Friday congregations and religious functions were organized on the occasion of Youm-e-Tarheem observed on the death of Faris-e-Mimber-e-Hussaini Sheikh Ahmed Al-Waili in twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad also like other parts of the country on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.
Ulama, waizeen and khutaba while highlighting the seerat and character of Allama Al-Waili paid homage to the services rendered by the Allama for supremacy of Islam and prayed for the martyrs of Millat Islamia Kashmir, Palestine, Iraq, Chechnya and Quetta incident and offered Fateha Khwani for them. Hojjatul Islam Sheikh Askari addressing a gathering at Jamia Masjid Qasr-e-Abu Talib said ulama are considered inheritors of Ambiya, therefore, they are under the obligation to preach and disseminate the mission of Ambia. He said at present the colonial powers were utilizing all their energies to defame the Islamic World and attach them with terrorism. He said ulama would have to achieve coherence in their words and deeds and present their own pious character to thwart the colonial conspiracies. He said Allama Ahmed Al-Waili was a great khateeb and was not a saleable and bow-able person and he continued preaching for the mission of Wila and Aza despite so many hurdles and difficulties.
Khateeb-e-Azadari Naseer Sabzwari got approved some resolutions from the gathering. A resolution while condemning American occupation of Iraq demanded impartial elections in Iraq under the supervision of the United Nations and handing over of power to real representatives in Iraq. The resolution announced commitment to offer any sacrifice on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi for achievement of religious rights. A Majlis-e-Tarheem was held at religious institution under the auspices of Majlis Mutaallimin. Addressing the gathering, Allama Zahid Abbas Kazmi said Allama Sheikh Ahmed Al-Waili accepted to leave the motherland for preaching of Islam and to fulfill his mission but did not give up saying Kalmah-e-Haq. Other waizeen in their address said that those who achieve martyrdom sacrificing their life for high Islamic values and supremacy of principles are lucky and blessed persons because death in love with Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (AS) get the rank of martyrdom. A resolution adopted in the Majlis-e-Tarheem while condemning colonial propaganda against ulama, called upon the Muslim Ummah to adopt the path of religion and Shariat to thwart the colonial conspiracies. Another resolution called upon the government to implement the Anti-Terrorism Ordinance issued by Gen. Pervez Musharraf for restoration of durable peace. Yet another resolution while demanding pullout of allied occupation forces called upon the United Nations to give Iraqi people their right to form government. Meanwhile, Majalis-e-Taraheem were also held and homage paid to Allama Sheikh Al-Waili at Majlis Shah Piyara, Shia Jamia Masjid Shah Chan Charagh, Madrissah Shah-e-Najaf, Haideria Masjid Chittian Hattian, Danishgah Jafariya, Qasr-e-Shabbir Dhoke Syedan, Masjid Isna Ashary Greecy Line, Imambargah Nasir-ul-Aza, Imambargah Zainul Abideen. In capital city of Islamabad, the day was observed under the auspices of TNFJ Islamabad with due devotion and respect. Addressing a great gathering of Friday congregation at Qasr-e-Khadijatul Kubra, Allama Bashrat Hussain paid rich homage to the famous khateeb of the Islamic World, renowned intellectual and philosopher Allama Dr. Al-Waili and termed his death a great loss. He said Allama Waili died in Kazmia Baghdad and his funeral was held at Karbala where tens of thousands of people participated in his last rites. He said the Allama achieved the honour of being buried in Najaf-e-Ashraf. A resolution adopted on the occasion demanded from the United Nations to arrange repatriation of oppressed Iraqi people and ulama who were forced to go in exile owing to Saddams oppression and are now living in disgrace or detained in various jails. The resolution called upon international human rights organizations to fulfill their responsibility for release of innocent Iraqis jailed in various countries so that they could return to their motherland and work for the country. The resolution called upon the United Nations to arrange immediate elections in Iraq so that the wounded Iraqi people could get their right to form a government of their own and an end to incidents of murder, arson and lawlessness could be achieved. Meanwhile, Quran Khwani was arranged at Babul Ilm Academy by Raja Faisal Abbas President Mukhtar Students Organization District Islamabad where Fateha Khwani was also offered for Allama Al-Waili. END
RAWALPINDI, July 17: Declaring the appeals against American war crimes in Iraq outside the jurisdiction of the ICC provides food for thought to the Muslim Ummah and Muslim rulers begging justice from colonial powers. Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi stated this in a special message issued on the occasion of Youm-e-Tarheem being observed throughout the country to mark the death of Shehsawar-e-Mimber Hussaini Ash-Sheikh Ahmed Al-Waili. He said the Hippocratic attitude of all world organizations against the oppressed and Muslim nations is no more a secret as their laws are enforced on the poor and the oppressed but provide protection to terrorists, tyrant rulers, and dictators the fresh example of which is the statement issued by ICC Chief Prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo where 75 cases for war crimes have been filed so far. He said if the United Nations, ICC, and other world organizations desire to prove that they are the true representatives of people at large then they will have to get Kashmir and Palestine issues resolved in the light of the United Nations Resolutions keeping to the desire of their respective people; give Iraqi people their right to form their own government after American pullout from Iraq; otherwise it would be taken as they were following a policy based on duplicity that is utter hypocrisy. Agha Moosavi said, in these circumstances Muslim rulers are under the obligation to give priority to the interests of the Islamic World over self-interest, consider attack on any Muslim State as an attack on the whole Islamic World because there is a saying of Maula-i-Kainaat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) that I feared that if I did not side with Muslims then grouping would spread in Islam. It indicates that source of grouping in Islam are the rulers who are slaves of their own conscience and hesitate in cooperating with others, he added. He said the foremost objective of Islam is restoration of justice and fair-play and provide protection to humanity against oppression and riot. That is why, he said, Islam desires promotion of peace and tranquility and root out biases and aggression. The TNFJ chief said the world of humanity is confronted with oppression and brutality today reason being keeping a distance from the teachings of Founder of Islam, desecration of Islamic laws, lack of coherence of ideology between the rulers and the people as a result of which Islamic World was facing a drawback. He said Wahi and Ilhaam are the source of Islam that is complete code and best system for the universe. Guidance, Amar Bil Maaroof and Nahi Anil Munkir are included in its most important duties. He said preaching for the right path, doing good is Maaroof while informing about evil things is Munkir and it is that greatest most compulsory act by which religion is protected and distinction of Halal and Haram remain alive, oppressions are checked, oppressed is given his rights taken away by the oppressor, and murder and riot is rooted out; that is why the Muslim Ummah has been called Khair-e-Ummah. Agha Moosavi said a personality performing the job of preaching is called the preacher that means disseminating the commandments of Allah to the people, in a beautiful, clear and effective manner. This is called Balagh-ul-Mubeen, he added. He said a preacher is under the obligation to disseminate the message to people all around and the best Khateeb is the one who presents personal example of patience, gentlemanliness, and softness by adopting wisdom, advice, and firmness. He said there is a commandment of Allah that give glad tidings, present religion not with hatred but by making it easy, do not put in hardness. He said it is only possible when the preacher is commensurate with the terms and conditions of Amar Bil Maaroof and Nahi Anil Munkir so as to fulfill his responsibilities of presenting religion and Shariat in line with the situation and prevailing circumstances. He said substance of a commitment made by Allah in Ayah 53 of Surah Anfaal is that Allah does not take back the blessing given to any nation unless the people belonging to that nation do not change their good habits. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said ulama are inheritors of Ambiya while Khutaba are their preachers but the colonial powers were utilizing all their energies in defaming Ulama-e-Haq, Muslim rulers are trapped in their conspiracy as a result of which they destructed Afghanistan and Iraq. He said the ousted rulers of Iraq had not only given a bad image of Ulama, Khutaba, and Waizeen to their people but also committed their massacre; society got replete of pious people, therefore, Allah Says in Sura Hud that Your Allah does not dismantles any settlement unless there are pious people in it. It, therefore, indicates that absence of pious people is the reason of destruction of the Muslim Ummah, he added. He said the only objective of Sheikh Ahmed Al-Waili was preaching of religion and Shariat for which he bore a lot of problems and difficulties so much so that he had to migrate but he did not give up his mission. He advised the Ulama-e-Haq to raise Kalmah-e-Haq in the similar fashion as life and death are in the Allahs control. He made it clear that death for supremacy of religion and Shariat is actually a blessing and martyrdom. END
QUETTA: Deputy Secretary General of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan (TNFJ), Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, has urged all schools of thought to promote unity and fraternity and discourage hate-promoting elements to ensure peace and stability in the country.
While addressing a huge Majlis-e-Aza, organized by TNFJ provincial Council Balochistan at Imambargah Nichari Alamdar Road Quetta for Esaal-e-Sawab of Quetta Martyrs on Tuesday, he said terrorism is a big challenge for the government and strict measures are needed to curb this. He said according to the saying of Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi terrorism could not be wiped out through terrorism and nor oppression through oppression. Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi said our mission is Wilayat-e-Ali (AS) and Aza-e-Hussain (AS) that reached us through policy of patience and mazloomiyat, and which would be kept continue in every condition. He said all problems could be solved if all people stick to peace &brotherhood-promoting Mrakaz. He said martyrdom is our inheritance but we never bargain on our belief, nor will do so in future.
TNFJ Central Secretary for Hajj and Ziyaraat Department, Allama Saqlain Ali Bukhari conveyed the message of Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi to the bereaved families of martyrs and offered Fateha for the eminence of ranks of the martyrs. Provincial President Muhammad Ali Advocate also addressed the majlis-e-Aza while Dr Iqbal Javed Haidery offered Noha Khoani. The Majlis-e-Aza was attended by a large number of bereaved family members and public. END
RAWALPINDI, Pakistan July 16: Renowned Islamic intellectual, Speaker and Philosopher Allama Dr Ash-Sheikh Ahmed Al-Waeli was laid to rest in the holy city of Najaf in presence of tens of thousands of mourners. Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan (TNFJ) Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi while expressing his deep shock and grief over the death of Khateeb-e-Shaheer Aal-e-Basheer-o-Nazeer has announced to observe Youm-e-Tarheem on July 18, Friday, throughout the country like other parts of the world for the ranks elevation of the deceased. According to a statement issued from Tehreeks headquarters, Moosavi termed Al-Waelis death as a great loss for the Islamic World that has been deprived of incomparable and unique speaker who was not only famous in Arab world but also in east and west, and his death has created such a gap in the world of Knowledge and rhetoric that could never be filled. The Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi prayed for the height of the ranks of departed soul and for patience for all Marajeil Muslimeen, Islamic World and the bereaved family. Its worth noting that Dr. Al-Waeli migrated from Iraq in 1987 when President Saddam Hussain issued his death order. He returned home some days back from exile and died on Monday 14th Jamadi ul Awwal, 14 July in Baghdad. His dead body was taken from Bratha mosque, Kazemiyah, Baghdad, to the holy city of Karbala on Monday and later was buried in the holy city of Najaf. END
ISLAMABAD, July 16: The Birth Anniversary of Hazrat Imam Ali bin Al-Hussain Zainul Abideen (A.S.) was observed as Youm-e-Dua in twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad like other parts of the country on Wednesday with due respect and religious devotion on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.
Religious functions, Mahafil and meetings were organized on the topic of Seerat-e-Sajjad (A.S.) at Shah Piyara, Tench Bhata, Qasr-e-Shabbir, Haideria Masjid and various other Imambargahs and mosques where ulama, zakireen and waizeen highlighted the seerat and character of Imam Sajjad (A.S.). Allama Zahid Kazmi, addressing Mehfil-e-Dua at Jamiatul Momineen said the seerat of Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) guarantees victory. He said the Imam (A.S.) by bearing all types of atrocities in the dark era of Yazidiyyat, fulfilled his duty of protecting and defending the mission of Tauheed, Risalat and Wilayat as a result of which Hussainiyyat is in and Yazidiyyat is out. He said source (Waseela) and concentration is necessary for acceptance of Dua. He said Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) preached the exemplary lesson of bowing down before Allah by setting the collection of Duas. Tabassum Kazmi, Bilawal Shah, poet Bashir Hussain Niaz, Arif Al-Hussaini, Syed Joan Ali Shah Mashadi also addressed the gathering. A similar Jashan Syed-us-Sajjad (A.S.) was organized at Imambargah Sajjadia under the auspices of Mukhtar Force Dhudhial. Allama Tajuddin Haideri, Sajjad Haider Bokhari, Zakir Unsar Imam, Ikhlaq Hussain Akash, Allama Mutasawwar Raza Abid, and chief of the Ibrahim Scouts Syed Asif Ali addressed the gathering. The speakers highlighted the seerat of Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.).
A resolution adopted on the occasion demanded from the government to arrest the culprits of Quetta incidents immediately, unveil them and give them exemplary punishment. The resolution demanded that the wave of terror and harassment could only die down when Prime Minister Jamali will get the Presidential Anti-Terrorism Ordinance implemented giving up all reservations. Another resolution strongly condemned oppression against Kashmiri and Palestinian people and while expressing solidarity with them made it clear to follow every call of the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi for achievement of religious and other rights. A Mehfil-e-Milad for ladies was held at Imambargah Zainul Abideen under the auspices of Anjuman Faiz-e-Punjtan. Various zakiraat addressed. A function was held in Satellite Town under the auspices of Sadaat Amroha, addressed by different speakers. Special prayers were offered for Shuhada of Quetta incident, supremacy of the Islamic World, stability and development of motherland, rooting out terrorism and for restoration of peace. Mehfil-e-Sajjad was held at Madrissah Babul Hawaij under the auspices of Tanzeem Aaimma Masajid District Islamabad. Addressing the function, Hojjatul Islam Hussain Kazmi highlighted the seerat of Imam Sajjad (A.S.). Stating the philosophy of Dua, he said survival of the oppressed and have-nots, who confront host of problems, lay in Dua. He said Dua is the source of a contact between the creature and the Creator and a source of satisfaction. He said the whole world was today confronted with oppression and brutality and the world rulers have turned their backs toward their people. In these circumstances, he said the whole creature should bow down before Allah and offer Dua by adopting the seerat of Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.). He said Dua creates spiritual transformation in a human being and keeps all types of evil away from him. He said by announcing to observe Youm-e-Dua, Agha Moosavi has invited the attention of Muslim Ummah towards submissiveness to Allah. He appealed the Muslim Ummah to pray for an end to the woes of the oppressed of the world in general, and of the people of Kashmir, Palestine and Iraq in particular, and getting the whole world of humanity of colonial influence. Meanwhile, Youm-e-Dua Mahafil were also organized at Jamia Wali-ul-Asr, Qasr-e-Imam Ali Naqi, and various Imambargahs and mosques. The speakers in their address strongly demanded from the government to implement the Anti-Terrorism Ordinance issued by Gen. Pervez Musharraf with sincerity of purpose so as to root out terrorism because emergence of complete peace and tranquility was need of the hour to defeat our combined enemy and to thwart external conspiracies. RAWALPINDI, July 15: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said the life of Hazrat Ali bin Hussain (A.S.) is a complete lesson of courage, bravery, piousness, gentlemanship and supremacy for the oppressed and Muslim nations. He stated this in a special message issued on the occasion of Youm-e-Dua that is being observed to mark the birth anniversary of Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.). He said when the oppressors were devouring the oppressed and have-nots, darkness was all around, wealth was in plenty, wickedness was rife, and the Yazidiyyat had taken the shape of cyclone but even in that era he remained firm against all types of oppression and no one could divert him from the right path. Agha Moosavi said the great example, presented by Syed-e-Sajjad (A.S.), of patience, forbearance, stability, firmness, defense of Prophets objectives and blood of martyrs is beacon of light for the whole world of humanity. He said this Masoom (infallible) personality awarded a valuable manifesto to society in the shape of Saheefah-e-Sajjadiah that is the source of link between the Creator & the creature and worshipper & God, and a great collection of adiyah. He said the world could fulfill its responsibilities even today by following the Sajjadiah Manifesto. He said Islam is commensurate with peace and tranquility, the basis and foundation of which is justice and fair-play while piousness is its sign of recognition. He said justice and piousness go together and the representatives of Allah remained in confrontation with dictators and tyrant rulers in every era for restoration of justice and fair-play and stability and for rooting out oppression and brutality. The TNFJ chief said the United Nations had declared a manifesto named Human Rights comprising 30 articles after the World War-II, which it could not get implemented yet. He said there is no guarantee of issuance of United Nations manifesto while Tauheed, belief (Iman), and piousness guarantee the Sajjadiah Manifesto. He said the whole world of humanity was confronted with terrorism today and America is responsible for all that which introduced new terminologies like axis of evil to threaten the western world of Usama bin Laden, Saddam, Al-Qaida, and Taliban in the name of rooting out terrorism and presented Islam as a big danger to the utter surprise of the world.
