RAWALPINDI, February 19: Majalis Ashra-e-Beemar-e-Karbala are being held throughout the country to mark the Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) with due honour and respect. Majalis were held in the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad while Taboots of Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) were taken out in ladies Majalis in this connection. Addressing a Majlis-e-Aza at Jamia-tul-Murtaza under the auspices of Anjuman Dukhtran-e-Islam (Regd), zakiraat said that Azadari is actually the blessing of Zainab (S.A.) and Zainul Abideen (A.S.) and is an eternal and universal protest against blasphemy which would continue till Hereafter. They said the whole Muslim Ummah condemns the blasphemous caricatures published by newspapers of some countries and considers that it is not an issue of any Maslak or a country but that of the whole humanity. They said that Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) is actually the inheritor of the Rasool-e-Azam (SAW) who protected the mission of Risalat in the streets of Kufa and Shaam and in the courts of Yazid and Ibne Ziad making it eternal forever and snatched the unveiled the enemies of Risalat to the whole humanity. They said the seerat of Ali ibne Al-Hussain Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) is the beacon of light for the whole humanity and a source of welfare here and the Hereafter. He is the Syed-o-Sardar of all worshippers and his collection of duas i.e. Saheefa-e-Sajjadia is the source of acceptance of duas of human beings. Allama Basharat Hussain Imami, Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, Allama Muhammad Abbas Muhammadi, Zakir Ghulam Raza Jhandvi, Zakir Sajid Ali Sajid, Zakir Karam Hussain Shah and others addressed a Majlis-e-Aza held at Imambargah Haideri. Various resolutions were also adopted during the Majalis Ashra Beemar-e-Karbala. A resolution strongly condemned the publication of blasphemous caricatures by some newspapers in Denmark, France, Norway, America, Jordan and other European countries and made it clear that killing people and causing harm to their property in the garb of such incidents is contrary to justice which is not allowed by any religion or Maslak because elements committing such type of activities are actually benefiting the enemy instead of religion and Shariat. It said that the enemy desires to prove Islam a violent religion but we desire to prove it a peaceful religion because Islam has replied oppression through innocence, evil with good and obscenity with dua. The resolution said the whole humanity is confronted with one problem or the other, particularly the Islamic World and motherland Pakistan are confronted with host of wounds that need to be balmed instead of adding fuel to the fire because it is the conspiracy of the international colonial powers to first isolate the Islamic World and then Pakistan that is now an atomic power. We have to thwart that conspiracy rather have to adopt defensive strategy by adopting all constitutional and lawful methods. High Courts exist in all States, therefore, this issue may also be taken to the International Court of Justice. The resolution made it clear that the Muslim Ummah should herself look into her own deeds that what service they are giving to Islam? How much implementation is visible on Quran and Sunnah by giving respect to Shaair-e-Islam and Mashaheer-e-Islam? Defending and protecting the honour of Khanwada-e-Risalat is our responsibility in Shariah, we strongly condemn all elements that are committing blasphemy because destructing humanity and desecrating mankind in the name of Press freedom is oppression and injustice. It questioned what the OIC was doing. It has given no line of action viz. massacre of Muslims in Kashmir and Palestine, destruction of Afghanistan, Iraq and Babri Masjid, setting on fire Al-Quds Ash-Sharif, and desecration of Shaair-Ullah and holy places. The resolution demanded from the government to compensate the losses caused during the demonstrations and the affected of Tank and Hangu incidents.
RAWALPINDI, February 18: Syed Shujaat Ali Bokhari, Convener of Central Muharram Committee Azadari Cell of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jaraiya, has said that the respect of the Rasool (SAW) and Khanwada-e-Rasool (A.S.) is compulsory. He stated this while delivering presidential address at the emergent meeting of Central Muharram Committee Azadari Cell held at the Central Control Room. Representatives of Muharram Committee Azadari Cell from all over the country participated in the meeting and presented reports of their respective areas. Shujaat Bokhari said every conscientious person of the world, irrespective of his belonging to any country, Maslak, region or family, strongly condemns blasphemy and the Maktab Jafar ibne Muhammad (A.S.) has the honour of confronting those who committed desecration of religion, Shariat, Prophets, Messengers and Righteous Persons for the last 1417 years and Azadari that is our universal and permanent protest against every blasphemous person would continue for ever. It had been our slogan since the beginning that we are supporters of every oppressed person and enemy of every oppressor. Whoever it may be, it is our foremost duty to express hatred against the oppressor, he added. A resolution adopted on the occasion strongly condemned the publication of blasphemous caricatures in newspapers of Denmark, Norway, France, Jordan, America and other European countries. Terming this act enmity against Islam, it demanded immediate action against the culprits and sought an apology from the countries concerned. The resolution said Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi was the first to condemn this incident followed by Government of Pakistan. The resolution made it clear that Hussainiyyat is the biggest forum against blasphemous elements, therefore, whosoever desires to record his protest should come to the Farsh-e-Aza, as causing damage to the national property in the name of protest and setting the belongings of your own people is injustice that is neither allowed by the religion nor by the humanity and is strongly condemnable. Another resolution called upon Azadaran to give priority to Azadari over all other things and avoid all types of negative activities so as to thwart the conspiracies of enemies of religion and motherland and to increase the honour and dignity of the nation and the Millat. It condemning the colonial conspiracies against Iran and Syria demanded from the Muslim Ummah to adopt a joint strategy against the same. It strongly denouncing the Tank and Hangu incidents demanded from the government to set up a Tribunal to probe into these incidents, take care and give treatment to the bereaved families and the injured. Strongly condemning the firing from chemical weapons during Ashoora in Yemeni cities, another resolution termed it oppression and brutality. The Muharram Committee Azadari Cell appealed all powers that love religion and Shariat to respect the dignity of Muharramul Haram.
RAWALPINDI, February 16: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that universal protest against blasphemy is continuing for the last 1,400 centuries but shedding the blood of innocent citizens and causing harm to the national property in the garb of protest in Muharramul Haram against publication of blasphemous images in European newspapers six months ago is unawareness of Mustafas (SAW) status. He stated this while addressing a 72-member M.O. delegation that called on him at the head of Dr. Z.H. Naqvi. He said by the Grace of God, there are 57 Muslim States and an international organization like the United Nations that had been formed in the name of human rights. Firstly, Muslims were declared violent and then Islam was declared the religion of punishment and Afghanistan and Iraq were destructed in the garb of rooting out terrorism and no one came to help the oppressed. He said taking advantage of this situation, Jyllands-Posten daily of Denmark published about a dozen blasphemous images on 30th September 2005, some Muslims envoys lodged a protest in Denmark on 20th October and throughout the world only Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya raised a voice of protest on 31st October and later a Spokesperson of the Government of Pakistan condemned it while silence was witnessed on this issue all over the world so much so that Makkah Summit held on December 7-8 also kept a quiet on this issue. He said the question arises that why this most important issue was ignored in OICs Makkah Declaration? Why they avoided condemning it? Agha Moosavi demanded from President Musharraf to set up a Tribunal to identify those powers that kept quiet for 6 months as a result of which more newspapers in Norway, France, New Zealand, America, Germany, Jordan, Yemen published these images and the Italian minister prepared an outfit comprising these images and American President Bush and Tony Blair supported blasphemy instead of condemning it. He said this is not an issue of any Maktab or Maslak rather that of whole humanity, religion and Shariat. Therefore, he said, there is need to lay down a joint, strong and wise strategy. He lamented that our combined enemy has promoted internal differences in Muslim States under a conspiracy and all energy was utilized to prove the existence of sectarian conflicts in these States and these efforts are still going on. He said after tragic incident in Tank at the beginning of Muharram, dozens of Azadaran kissed martyrdom and dozens of them were injured in terrorism on the eve of Youm-e-Ashoora in Hangu. Yemeni forces used chemical weapons in Yemeni cities on the occasion of Ashoora in which dozens of people kissed martyrdom and the Yemeni people have appealed the whole world in the name of blood of Hussain (A.S.) to help them without fail. The TNFJ chief asked who are these powers who have come out in open against blasphemy in Muharramul Haram after keeping quiet for 6 months despite the fact that this month is commensurate with Nawasa-e-Rasool Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) and his 72 sincere companions and near and dear ones. Selection of the month of Muharram for such protest provides food for thought, he added. He said we are against blasphemy and Syed-ush-Shuhada Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) had presented his sacrifice and the life of his near and dear ones against blasphemy. The universal protest of Azadari is going on by following in the footsteps of Hazrat Zainab (S.A.) and Hazrat Zainul Abideen (A.S.) in which neither any damage is caused to property nor blood of anyone is shed in any country rather all schools of thought and the oppressed nations take part in it. He said Pakistan was achieved in the name of Islam. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) sacrificed all he had for the protection of Islam being the inheritor of all prophets and the Holy Prophet (SAW) making it clear on the world that any sacrifice howsoever big could be offered for the sanctity of Islam, Quran and Paighambar-e-Islam. Strongly condemning those who committed blasphemy and those who extended help in aggravating the situation to achieve their particular interest causing harm to life and national property, he said all Prophets preached peace and tranquility while the 63 year era of the Khatmi Martabat (SAW) is replete with forgiveness, sacrifice, sympathy, firmness on the right path, bravery, courage, and freedom fighting. He left the imprint of his pious life along with Quran and Ahle Bait (A.S.) as his inheritance and we can become successful here and Hereafter by attaching with both of them rather could get the whole humanity rid of problems by doing so. He said the Holy Prophet (SAW) had delivered a great sermon on the occasion of victory of Makkah and meaning of one of its sentences goes: Lace yourself with forgiveness, sacrifice of feelings, spirit of sacrifice, and freedom loving. But, he said, about the international Taghoot that has been called Millat-e-Wahidah, there is a saying of Maula Ali (A.S.) that by God I feel these people will snatch power and authority from you because they are united on their evil and you are scattered on your righteousness and they evil are subservient to their Guide and you do not follow the commandments of your Guide despite being on the right path. He said the benefit of this situation is being reaped by the international colonial powers and Islam, Paighambar-e-Islam (SAW) and holy books are on their target while all religions, sections of society, nations of earth respect the Divine Representatives rather consider their desecration and insult as a sin.
ISLAMABAD, Pakistan – February 14: The Ashra-e-Beemar-e-Karbala in line with the martyrdom anniversary of inheritor of blood of Hussain Syed-us-Sajideen Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) began on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. Majalis-e-Aza were organized and Matmi processions were taken out on this occasion from all over the country. Majalis and Matamdari were organized by religious organizations in various Imambargahs of the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. In Islamabad, a Majlis-e-Aza was organized by Anjuman Dukhtran-e-Islam (Regd) at Jamia-tul-Murtaza G-9/4. Zakira Najia Najaf Turabi addressing the Majlis said Beemar-e-Karbala (A.S.) shattered the streets and courts of Kufa and Shaam through his heart-rending speeches for the sake of defending the blood of martyrs. She said the pious uswah of Hazrat Syeda Zainab (S.A.) and Syed-e-Sajjad (A.S.) is the best example for the human beings the world over to follow. A Majlis-e-Aza was held at Imambargah Zainul Abideen (A.S.) under the auspices of Ashra-e-Beemar-e-Karbala Committee of TNFJ District Committee Rawalpindi. District Convener Alhaj Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan addressing the Majlis said Beemar-e-Karbala Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) by bearing the brunt of being chained and in detention preached the way how to confront the Yazidi conspiracies with courage. Practical following of the uswah of Beemar-e-Karbala (A.S.) is the need of the hour so as to achieve success in movements of the oppressed for independence the world over including Kashmir and Palestine. A resolution adopted on the occasion while strongly condemning the publication of blasphemous images said it would continue to happen unless the whole humanity, all religions and the Islamic World lay down a joint strategy. It said Hussainiyyat is the best forum against desecration of all prophets and Messengers and if we are really upset on blasphemy then it is binding on us to give up those thing from which we have been asked to keep away and follow those for which we have been asked to do so. The resolution demanded from the government to conduct impartial probe into Tank and Hangu incidents. It called upon the Azadaran to follow the Code of Azadari announced by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi in Ayyam-e-Aza programmes that would continue throughout the country till 8th Rabiul Awwal while the powers that be should give importance to Muharramul Haram. Maulana Tabassum Kazmi also addressed the Majlis-e-Aza that followed Matamdari.
RAWALPINDI, Pakistan – February 12: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said the spirit of freedom-fighting of Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) is the beacon of light for the oppressed world. This was stated by him while announcing Ashra-e-Beemar-e-Karbala from 18 to 25 Muharram. He said when darkness began to spread all around and despite all struggle and practical efforts of the Paighambar-e-Islam spread over 63 years, the evil voice of Yazid was raised and he tried to promote his Satanic activities by causing harm to religion and Shariat, at that time Nawasa-e-Rasool Hazrat Hussain ibne Ali (A.S.) stayed from amongst the whole world of humanity. At the beginning of his journey, the Imam (A.S.) said that when a person is ready to sacrifice himself for a great objective in front of us and give up his life and individual relationship, only that person could join them. Agha Moosavi said the Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) presented the greatest example of freedom fighting and bravery by presenting the sacrifice of his life along with 72 sincere companions and near and dear ones which is a beacon of light for the whole oppressed world even today and is a slap in the face of those who desecrate religion, Shariat, Shaair-Ullah and Khatmi Martabat (SAW). He said the obligation that was carried out by Syed-us-Sajideen Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) in protecting the greatest and highest objectives and goals after Karbala tragedy has no match throughout the human history. His patience and forbearance in face of oppression and brutality provides source of courage to the oppressed world, Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan and Iraq. He said despite being chained he delivered an exemplary address in the style of his grandfather Ali (A.S.) in the court of Ibne Ziad in Yazidi governments capital Kufa in reply to blasphemous attitude and shattered the whole court by saying that whosoever knows me, knows me and one who does not know me, I would like to introduce myself to him that I am Farzand-e-Makkah and Mina, I am Farzand-e-Safa and Marwah, I am the son of whom who is not covered, I am the son of whom who led prayers twice to angels while going for ascension and returning, I am the son of Mustafa (SAW), Ali Al-Murtaza (A.S.), and Fatima Zahra (S.A.), and I am the son of Hussain (A.S.) who was not given water till he die, I am the son of the person whose Ahle Bait (A.S.) were put in detention, whose articles were looted, from whose head chaddars were snatched but I do not feel myself vulnerable and weak rather I am proud of that my father (A.S.) accepted to be beheaded while in prostration but did not bow down to a liar and debaucher. In the end, the Masoom (A.S.) in his address said that what type of defame you are involved in and what would you say in Bargah-e-Adil on the D-day when the Paighambar (SAW) would ask you why you killed my offspring? Why you trampled my honour and dignity? Tell me with which mouth you would face the Holy Prophet (SAW)? This courage, he said, could only Syed-us-Sajjad do. The TNFJ chief said that today the world in staging protest against blasphemous cartoons published in Denmark, Germany, France, Jordan and other States, Hussainiyyat is the universal forum and Azadari is the most effective protest to express hatred against those who commit desecration of religion, Shariat and humanity. He said if the protestors respect the Shan-e-Risalat and desire to become successful in Bargah-e-Paighambar then they should come to Farsh-e-Aza till 8th Rabiul Awwal and join the Azadari protest because those who destructed the Rasools (SAW) home and forced his daughters and daughters-in-law to roam in the streets of Shaam and Kufa without covering their head, no one could be more blasphemous than them. He made it clear that protest of the oppressed against those who committed blasphemy is continuing to-date from the 61 Hijra in whatever shape it is and this protest i.e. Azadari would continue till the supremacy of the flag of justice and fair-play and rooting out oppression and brutality. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said that to observe the tragic Shahadat of inheritor of blood of Hussain Syed-us-Sajideen Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.), Ashra-e-Beemar-e-Karbala will be observed from 15 to 25 Muharram with devotion, respect and traditional and religious spirit. In the Majalis-e-Aza and Matmi processions during this period should be organized and commitment announced for practical struggle to promote those pious Hussaini targets for which Imam Sajjad (A.S.) bore detention and kissed martyrdom. Meanwhile, TNFJ Central Ashra-e-Beemar-e-Karbala Committee has been formed to organize programmes for Ashra-e-Beemar-e-Karbala. Dr. S.M. Rizvi has been nominated as Convener and Malik Adeel Sarwar Haideri as Secretary of this Committee.
RAWALPINDI, February 10: The Youm-e-Ashoor in memory of Nawasa-e-Rasool Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) and his 72 diehard companions was observed with traditional religious spirit, devotion and respect throughout the country Thursday. The day began with Aamal-e-Ashoora in mosques. Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi led the Aamal at Ali Masjid Satellite Town. Masaib-e-Ashoora were also delivered on this occasion. In Rawalpindi, main Youm-e-Ashoor procession was taken out from Imambargah Col. Maqbool Hussain and Imambargah Hifazat Ali Shah Bohar Bazar. Zuljinah procession taken out from Imambargah Ashiq Hussain Teli Mohallah merged into the main procession. Mourners of Imam Hussain (A.S.) performed Zanjeer-Zani and presented Pursa of the Imam Aali Muqam (A.S.) to the Holy Prophet (SAW) on this occasion. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi participated in the procession, offered Ziarat of the taburrakaat and performed Matamdari. A large number of mourners engaged themselves in heavy Zanjeer-Zani and Matam-e-Qama at Bohar Bazar Chowk, Trunk Bazar, and Habib Bank Chowk.
The procession turned into a big rally after reaching Fawwara Chowk where addressing the participants, Central Secretary Information of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan, Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi said the invaluable sacrifice of Imam Aali Muqaam (A.S.) was for survival of religion of Islam and humanity. The Imam who was brought up in the lap of Risalat (SAW) preferred to be beheaded by practically refusing Baiat of liar and debaucher Yazid preached a universal lesson to freedom fighters not to compromise but confront the tyranny and Yazidiyyat. Strongly condemning the Hangu incident, he said we are inheritors of Sabr-e-Hussaini and would thwart every conspiracy of the combined enemy by following peaceful policy and promoting mutual unity and brotherhood on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi. we keep no doubt on the deeds of President Pervez Musharraf as he has done a very good job by imposing a ban on terrorist groups, however he should take action against the black sheep within the government who are backing the banned groups.
Amongst vociferous slogans raised by the participants of the gathering he said all schools of thought are fed up with the banned groups, therefore, the government should ban their activities with new names and their coverage on the media. Lauding the better Muharram arrangements made by the Administration of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, he thanked them. He said Azadari is not inheritance of any particular sect or group rather it is the joint inheritance of all schools of thought that is why all Sunni-Shia brethren observe memory of Shuhada-e-Karbala, organize Sabeels, arrange Nazr-o-Niaz. He said no hurdle would be accepted in way of Azadari come what may. The participants on this occasion vowed to give any sacrifice on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-I-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi for promotion of Wilayat-e-Ali and protection of Azadari. Ch. Mushtaq also addressed the gathering.
The participants approved a resolution presented by Syed Baqir Hussain Naqvi, Central President of Mukhtar Students Organisation Pakistan. The resolution said that the sacrifice of Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) and his near and dear ones was for the protection of religion and Shariat, and respect for humanity and mankind. The participants resolved that they would neither bargain the invaluable sacrifices rendered by them for achievement of high goals and for supremacy of their principles nor would allow anyone to do so. The resolution said that Wila and Aza are the great inheritance of Shahadat-e-Hussaini and is a source of blessing and survival for us and Azadari is the universal protest against the oppressed and brutal forces that would continue till the Zahoor-e-Imam Mahdi (A.S.) who will enforce justice and fair-play in the world and would flutter the Parcham-e-Islam all around the world. Another resolution said that Kalma-e-Tauheed is the basis of motherland Pakistan and at present the oppressed nations, and particularly the citadel of Islam Paksitan, are the target of colonial powers, Zionists, and Hindus and there is need to follow the path of Hussainiyyat to confront them and to thwart the colonial conspiracies against Islam. The teaching of Karbala is to fear from Allah only. The resolution said that at present the biggest oppression in the world is terrorism and motherland Pakistan is confronting with this menace for the last quarter a century. President Gen. Musharraf had enforced Anti-Terrorism Act banning the extremist religious groups but why terrorism is still going on? The government should become alert after Tank incident but now the worst terrorism committed during the Ashoora procession in Hangu in which heavy casualty of Azadaran was reported is extremely condemnable and shows that there are some people in the government ranks who desire to fail President Musharraf. The resolution said that all Makatib should understand that no one would come for their help from outside, we have created Pakistan jointly and would have to defend it jointly also and it would only be possible if desecration of and attack on any Maktab would be considered as an attack on Pakistan. The resolution while strongly condemning Hangu incident demanded from the government to check the banned groups, government and opposition should drive away them from their forums, and media should also stop giving coverage to the banned groups. Moreover, the government should form a Board that may conduct enquiry into all affairs as the combined enemy would reap the benefit if we are not going to take care of each others honour and dignity. It lamented that in Sarhad province, a banned organization is the partner of the provincial government which should ponder what they are doing. It said that we do not keep any personal friendship or enmity rather the standard of our friendship and enmity is ideology, motherland and the people. The resolution made it clear that to make the Anti-Terrorism Act effective it is necessary to implement it strictly and the terrorist groups are not allowed to work with any name because the whole nation condemns terrorism. The resolution said that Muharramul Haram is the month of honour and respect for all schools of thought and is commensurate with Nawasa-e-Rasool (A.S.). The resolution said that the representative organization of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo i.e. Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan forms Azadari Cells during Muharram to facilitate Azadars and to cooperate with the government and Code of Azadari is also issued just before Muharram. This year also, the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi invited the government attention, through a Press conference before Muharram, as a result of which the Federal Interior Ministry, and provincial governments of Sarhad and Balochistan set up Azadari Control Rooms which is laudable. However, the question arises that why the Government of Punjab, that has the most number of districts, has not set up Control Room so far and if has formed then why did not publicise the same. The TNFJ Markazi Muharram Committee Azadari Cell has no information in this regard. The government comes and goes, those who were there yesterday are not there now. There is a saying of the Amirul Momineen (A.S.) that you live in a way that people desire to have a meeting with you and shed their tears when you go away. The Administration in Rawalpindi and Islamabad deserve appreciation that they not only made foolproof arrangements for Ayyam-e-Aza but also asked themselves what is required of them. We are thankful to them and such people are always considered successful who resolve the problems of the people by mixing up with them. The participants in another resolution strongly condemned the biased policy of electronic and print media for not using the words Wa Alehee with the Holy Prophet (SAW) and Alaih-hiss-Salam with Ahle Bait Atahaar (A.S.) and made it clear that Pakistan is the fruit of joint sacrifices of all schools of thought and Islam is its official religion, it is not a sectarian State, we do not desire to thrust our beliefs on others but we would not allow anyone to encroach upon our right at the same time. The gathering expressed hatred against all those speakers and waizeen who go at some forums posing representatives of a Maktab but become tool of such heinous conspiracies instead. Another resolution strongly condemning the blasphemy committed by newspapers of Denmark, Norway, France, Jordan, America, and other European countries termed it an open challenge to the honour and dignity of the Islamic World and called upon the representative organization of the Islamic World i.e. OIC and international organizations claiming to be the champions of human rights to take immediate notice of this unforgivable cheap activity and take immediate action against the newspapers of the above mentioned countries while the Islamic World should also ponder over that had they kept the honour and dignity of the Khanwada-e-Risalat (A.S.) supreme then no one would have the courage to commit blasphemy today but all principles were negated for the sake of party interests for which we all are paying today. The resolution made it clear that Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya has always given priority to religion, Shariat, Hussainiyyat, motherland and welfare of the people. The participants of the procession expressed complete solidarity with the independence movements and the oppressed all over the world including that of Karbala-e-Kashmir and Palestine and called upon the United Nations to play her role in ensuring respect, dignity, protection and defence of holy places and Maraje Uzzam in Iraq, drive the occupation forces from oppressed Muslim States including Iraq, Afghanistan, Held Kashmir and Palestine and give the people there, right to form a government of their own choice. Later, participants of the main Ashoora procession reached Raja Bazar where they performed historic Zanjeer-Zani. Zuljinah processions taken out from Imambargah Kashmirian Tyre Bazar and Darbar Shah Chan Chiragh also merged into the main procession at Purana Qila. The main procession terminated at Imambargah Qadeem after passing through Jamia Masjid Road and Imambara Chowk. The participants of Zuljinah processions taken out from Imambargah Yadgar-e-Hussain Satellite Town and Imambargah Baltistania Angatpura performed Zanjeer-Zani at Banni Chowk.
RAWALPINDI, Pakistan- February 9: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi strongly condemning the bomb blasts in Ashoora procession in Hangu termed it a continuation of long-lasting terrorism in the country and has appealed the people to remain peaceful in the larger interest of the country and the nation and has demanded from the government to tackle the elements responsible for the incident with an iron hand. On the occasion of his participation in the main Ashoora procession in Rawalpindi, he advised the Azadaran to display Sabr-e-Hussain and said the powers having enmity with humanity are afraid of Hussainiyyat because Hussainiyyat taught the humanity how to give respect to the mankind. Agha Moosavi said that he is supporting his own point of view for the last 25 years that there is no Maslaki and Maktabi conflict in Pakistan rather any part of the world but the enemy is trying to pitch a brother against brother so as to confront the nation and the country with instability. He said we could bear our murder but would not allow any one to kill the ideology, belief, nation, and the country. Stressing the need of strict implementation of President Pervez Musharrafs Anti-Terrorism Act, he expressed his concern that the banned organisations were working with different names. He said it is not possible to control terrorism completely unless government, opposition, religious and political parties, and media announce their complete hatred against them. One who is not friend to his country and the nation could not be friendly to anyone. He made a fervent appeal to President Musharraf to set up a tribunal to identify the powers involved in sabotaging the Anti-Terrorism Act. The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi condemning the miscreants involved in Jalao-Gherao said any activity that may cause to anyones life and property is commensurate with enmity with the country and the nation. He called upon the people to remain alert and also recognise their friends and foes, keep a close eye on miscreant elements, Azadars follow the Code of Azadari, and those provinces that have not yet set up Azadari Cells to-date should do so forthwith because Muharram is not the name of only 10 days as Majalis and processions continue till 8th Rabiul Awwal. These cells should be advised to remain in contact with the TNFJ Central Azadari Cell. Paying homage to those who kissed martyrdom in the blast, he expressed heart-felt sympathies with the bereaved families.
