RAWALPINDI, August 22: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that the highest goal of Waris-e-Shariat Mustafvi (Inheritor of Shariah of Mustafa), Morawwij-e-Uloom Haideri (Promoter of Haideri Sciences) Hazrat Ali bin Muhammad Naqi Al-Hadi (A.S.) was protection of religion and Shariah, respect of the humanity, and achievement of rights for the oppressed.

He said like Al-Aqsa Mosque was desecrated on August 21, 35 years ago by torching it the chief of the international colonial powers and her agents were playing the same game in Samra, Kazmain, Baghdad, Karbala-e-Mualla, and Najaf-e-Ashraf today. He said these places the sanctity of which is admitted in the sight of the whole humanity, are not only being trampled but massacre was also going on there. On the other hand, Pakistan is being punished for Two-Nation Theory and being atomic power.

The TNFJ chief said that the Government of Pakistan has claimed thwarting a plan to carry out terrorist acts against important installations, that is the part of the same heinous conspiracy, therefore, Gen. Pervez Musharraf would have to adopt the policy of mutual understanding within the country and take along all patriotic forces, as the solution of problems not lay in use of absolute power but in exercising wisdom, seriousness, patience and forbearance.

قل لا أسئلكم عليه أجراً إلا المودة في القربى

stands witness.

Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said at present the whole world lacks love and mawaddat while oppression, brutality and terrorism is rife all around. He appealed the countrymen to offer homage and mawaddat in the respected court of Chief of Ahlebait (A.S.), holy Prophet (SAW) by organising Mahafil, Majalis, seminars, conferences and functions from 1-10 Rajab in connection with the Ashra-e-Mawaddat and expressing complete solidarity with the oppressed and have-nots the world over utter hatred and abandon-ness against the world of oppression and brutality.

Prays of Najaf Maraje in Pak movement could not be forgotten, says Allama Haideri

ISLAMABAD, August 15: Allama Tajuddin Haideri, Deputy Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan said Pakistan that came into being owing to joint sacrifices of all schools of thought, could not be left at the mercy of terrorists.

He was addressing a big gathering at ‘Hussainia Hall’ in Federal Capital Islamabad in connection with countrywide “Day of Blessing” to mark the Independence Day on August 14 in line with the announcement made by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.

He said we are breathing in a free air owing to the political acumen of Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, therefore, he added, the key to its survival also lay in practically following the thoughts of Quaid-i-Azam.

Allama Haideri said today rooting out terrorism is the biggest challenge for Pakistan for which President Musharraf had introduced Anti-Terrorism Act which is a good law but unfortunately it was not yet implemented in its true spirit. He said the TNFJ has always honoured collective integrity and solidarity of the nation and the country at every difficult moment and played positive role in every national need setting a high example for other sections of society to follow.

He said the role played by Shiaan-e-Haider-e-Karrar in Pakistan Movement would glitter like a shining chapter in Pakistan’s history for ever. He said in addition to lakhs of freedom fighters who offered sacrifices for the success of Pakistan Movement, the prays of Maraje, Mujtahideen and ulema of Hoza Ilmia Najaf-e-Ashraf could not be forgotten with whom the Quaid-i-Azam kept a close contact in every difficult moment.

He made it clear that Millat-e-Jafariya would offer more sacrifices than before at every critical moment because we keep the great sacrifice of Karbala in view that blessed Islam rather the humanity with eternal protection and survival.

The resolutions adopted on the occasion demanded from the government to correct the law and order situation because today the whole Pakistan has become ‘Khofistan’ owing to incidents of lawlessness, murder, arson, and blasts. The resolution demanded strict implementation of the Anti-Terrorism Act making it clear that this Act has become helpful in this connection and that the whole nation has supported this law. The resolution assured full cooperation to the government in her efforts to root out terrorism and restore peace.

Another resolution said that linking terrorism with the freedom movements is itself an act of terrorism. It said had all international organisations including the United Nations taken decisions keeping to the desire of Palestinians and Kashmiris in Middle East and South Asia, respectively, fulfilling the norms of justice and fair-play then there would not have been these bad days.

Yet another resolution strongly condemned the continued oppression and brutality in Iraq as a result of which the holiest city of Najaf-e-Ashraf is being targeted. The resolution strongly condemned the policy of ridiculing the Maraje Uzzam of Najaf-e-Ashraf and Hoza Ilmia where residents were being killed setting the religious, moral, political laws and recognised principles aside. The resolution expressed complete solidarity with the Maraje Uzzam of Najaf-e-Ashraf, Hoza Ilmia, and the oppressed people.

Ulema and intellectuals including the Convener of the TNFJ’s Blessing Day Committee, Dr. S.M. Rizvi also addressed the gathering. Special prays were offered for the integrity and solidarity of the country and for an end to terrorism.

Independence Day marked across the country as “Day of Blessing”

ISLAMABAD, August 14: The Independence Day was observed as “Youm-e-Nemat” (Day of Blessing) in all small and big cities, towns and villages with honour and respect throughout the country including twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad on the call of Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan.

Grand functions, seminars, conferences, meetings and rallies were organised throughout the country in which the struggle of all Masalik and Makatib for freedom and their spirit for independence was lauded. Homage was paid to all Mashaheer (heroes), Musawwar-e-Pakistan Allama Iqbal, Father of the Nation Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah while Salute of tribute was offered to those who sacrificed all they had for achieving the motherland.

Different waizeen, speakers, and orators while addressing the gatherings at Jamia-tul-Murtaza, Darsgah Imam Ali Naqi, Madrassah Taleem-ul-Quran, Imambargah Haideria, Qasr-e-Abu Talib and Haet Tulaba-e-Islamia said that Islam and infidelity are two separate nations. The Two-Nation Theory is: Al-Islam Millat-e-Wahida, Al-Kufr Millat-e-Wahida. The motherland enjoys a singular status that Islam has been considered its basis and foundation that is why its name was declared as Islamic Republic of Pakistan but the powers against the Two-Nation Theory were busy in causing harm to it right from the beginning. Therefore, they said, Pakistan had to become an atomic power for its protection and defence. At present Pakistan is the only support not only for the Islamic World but for the oppressed nations.

They said today the oppressed world is confronted with terrorism, and Pakistan is being punished for only being an Islamic State and becoming an atomic power. But, they said Pakistan came into being to remain for ever and no power on earth could cause any harm to it. Like all schools of thought gave a practical display of unity and brotherhood in its creation, similarly they would stick to the similar truthful spirit for its survival and solidarity. They made it clear that all powers should keep in mind that no one could create rift and differences amongst us.

A resolution adopted on the occasion reiterated the resolve to work jointly for the survival and solidarity of Pakistan. Another resolution strongly supported the independence struggle of Kashmiris, Palestinians and Chechen freedom fighters.

Yet another resolution declared the attack of allied forces on Iraq and Afghanistan as an attack on the Islamic World. They particularly strongly condemned the desecration of Najaf-e-Ashraf in the garb of controlling the fighters, that is considered holiest owing to Abul Bashr Prophet Hazrat Adam (A.S.) and Calpih of Muslims Hazrat Ali (A.S.) and is the most honourable and holy city of the world of humanity.

Expressing solidarity with all Maraje Uzzam and oppressed Iraqi people, it demanded from the United Nations to play her important role in getting this important issue resolved, and arrange exit of the allied forces so that Iraqi people could elect a government of their own choice independently.

Moosavi says its time for prayers for honour of all holy sites plus Najaf

RAWALPINDI, August 12: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has said that the whole world of humanity was confronted with oppression, barbarism, brutality and terrorism therefore, it was necessary to pray with humility for an end to oppression on humanity, getting rid of terrorism, protection of honour and dignity of holy places, particularly Najaf-e-Ashraf, Bait-Ullah (Holy Kaba), Prophet (SAW)’s Mosque, safety of Maraje Uzzam, defence of Islamic countries, and for success of the Islamic World and the oppressed nations.

He stated this while talking to a representative delegation comprising office-bearers and jawans of MF Federal Area that called on him at the head of Barkhurdar Shahin.

Agha Moosavi said at present pressure is being exerted on the oppressed nations and the Islamic World from all around, Kashmir and Palestine issues are still unresolved despite passage of more than 50 years, Kashmiris and Palestinians are confronted with State terrorism, Afghanistan and Iraq have been turned into ruins after the 11 September drama and the situation has reached to the extent that the allied forces have attacked holiest cities, particularly Najaf-e-Ashraf, where the holy shrines of Prophet Adam (A.S.), Adam-e-Sani Prophet Noah (A.S.) and the most respected personality of the world of humanity Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) are situated, in the garb of taking control over the fighters while on the other hand, he said, extremist Jews have already announced to destruct Al-Aqsa Mosque and in this connection a Jew was grabbed while trying to enter the mosque last week.

The TNFJ chief said these great incidents were unveiling the designs of international colonial powers and their agents whose real target is Prophet (SAW)’s mosque and Bait-Ullah. Therefore, the Saudi government has thwarted a design the other day by arresting a person laced with hand-grenade in the holy city of Mecca.

He lamented that in this situation the whole world including the United Nations were giving only a lip-service but the most tragic part of it is that the representative organisation of the Islamic World i.e. OIC was playing the role of a silent spectator despite the need of summoning an emergent session of the OIC, and raise the voice of strong protest against attacks on Najaf-e-Ashraf. He said sanctions have also been imposed on Sudan and these conditions and incidents give news of a big danger.

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said there is a saying of the Masoom (A.S.) that be enemy of the oppressor and friend of the oppressed because oppression is a great sin the result of which is destruction that leads to wrath of God. That is why, he said, Allah has asked not to be a party with the oppressors and extend any help to them.

He said the Ayah 113 of the Surah Hood says: Do not participate with the oppressors otherwise the fire would cling to you, and there is no friend for you other than Allah, then you would not be helped. He said today Muslims are raising the voice for help “hal min nasero yunsorona” but no one is reaching to help them. He said when you are disappointed from the creature then the last hope lay in Allah:

إلهي قد إنقطع رجائي عن الخلق و أنت رجائي

“O Allah my hope to creature has snapped, only You are my hope”

In such a situation, he said, prayer is the biggest weapon with the Momin.

إن الدعا يرد القضاء و البلاء

“Prayer removes unpleasant incidents and calamities”

The delegation reiterated their resolve to present all type of sacrifices on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Hamid Moosavi in his mission for “Wila” and “Aza”.

TNFJ announces observation of Pak Independence Day as ‘Day of Blessing’

RAWALPINDI, August 11: Chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to observe Pakistan’s Independence Day on August 14 as “Youm-e-Nemat” – Day of Blessing.

In a statement issued here on Wednesday, he said there are host of blessings of Allah

إن تعدو نعمة الله لا تحصوها

and one of those great blessings is independence. He said worship and subservience are only for Allah which lay in the subservience and following of the Khasan-e-Khuda with the leave of Allah that actually is the sign of His subservience

من يطع الرسول فقد أطاع الله

Therefore, he said thanks should be offered to Allah by observing Jashan-e-Azadi of the motherland on August 14 as “Youm-e-Nemat”.

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said on that day homage should be paid to all schools of thought, particularly the Mashaheer-e-Pakistan who played important role in creation of Pakistan. They should be resolved to work jointly for the basic ideology of Islam, and the honour and dignity of people and Pakistan, provide it stability and would not allow any harm to be caused to it.

Meanwhile, TNFJ Central Committee has been formed to organise “Youm-e-Nemat” programmes. Dr. S.M. Rizvi has been nominated Convener and Haider Abbas Bajwa as Secretary of this Committee.

Heart of TNFJ policy is Two-Nation Theory: Moosavi’s talk to PCTNFJ delegation

RAWALPINDI, August 10: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, Pakistan has made it clear that centre of our policy is Two-Nation Theory that reflects the desires of the Quaid-i-Azam in which Kashmir has been declared jugular vein of Pakistan and we would use our right to vote keeping that golden principle in view and no insincerity would be committed in this case.

He stated this while talking to a delegation that called on him at the head of Chairman PCTNFJ, Dr. Iqbal Javed Haideri here on Tuesday. He said religion, Shariah, world and the universe are settled on justice and fair-play from Teht-us-Sara to Auj-e-Surayya and on that basis was created motherland Pakistan so as to root out oppression, suppression, brutality, discrimination, and terrorism.

He said there is a saying of the Masoom (A.S.) that goes: A government and kingdom can remain intact with justice and fair-play whether rulers are non-Muslims and its survival is not possible with oppression and brutality whether the rulers are believers. He said losing one half of the country means that justice and fair-play was seldom exercised.

Agha Moosavi said under the Article 2 of the consensus 1973 Constitution, Islam was declared the official religion of Pakistan while under Article 227 that explanation of Quran and Sunnah was declared acceptable that is reliable and approved under every school of thought. But, he said, our perpetual enemy was utilising all her energies since Pakistan’s inception to destabilise it and the biggest tactic used for this purpose is to pitch Muslim against the Muslim, getting one killed by the other, turn the mosques and Imambargahs into Qatalgahs thus leaving no opportunity to fan the fire of biases.

The TNFJ chief said President Pervez Musharraf not only unveiled terrorist groups by displaying courage rather restrict them also and the present Anti-Terrorism Act is a result of that effort. Till the time Gen. Musharraf remained the Chief Executive, terrorism remained in the low key but after the last general elections, the menace began to spread again.

He said during the last two or three weeks, incidents of terrorism were reported from Fateh Jang in the Punjab, killing of Pakistan Army jawans in Balochistan, bomb blasts near Jamia Bannoria in Karachi killing many innocent people, and the bomb blast in the Scout Force bus in South Waziristan are incidents of open terrorism that provide food for thought and poses a national challenge indicating that Pakistan is the target of international terrorists with the only objective to defame Islam, prove Muslims as violent, creating mismanagement and disappointment in the community and defaming the government so as to reap benefits after creating unrest, instability and differences in the country.

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that in such a situation, rulers and politicians are under the obligation to restore such a peaceful environment in which every one comes closer to the other, biases are rooted out, terrorism faces its logical end, so that the enemy is defeated and Pakistan is made more stronger and stable. All this is only possible when we adopt the policy of Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah so as to create the environment of mutual understand and cohesion, he added.
